WHAT A COOL, NEW PLACE FOR MUSKEGON!! There are (unexpectedly) so many different businesses in this building. There is a wide variety of places to eat, different cuisines, something for everyone. There's not only an awesome looking bar there, they have a Burger place, Asian cuisine, Mexican, Soul food. Upstairs there is retail space - a tattoo business, a salon, fitness and photography company's. Everything is counter ordering and pickup, seat yourself wherever you want. The decor is beautiful, and there's a good amount of seating. On a busy Friday night it was a bit hard finding a place to sit, but during the morning or lunch it was fine. Derek was fantastic to work with for a private room party on the upper level at Liquid Assests/Lumbermans Vault. The room is beautiful and worked really well for our baby shower of 30 guests.There is an elevator and there are bathrooms located close to the room. Derek was super accommodating with availability to decorate the night before our event. Rental fee is very reasonable. We chose The Press for our brunch catering, Sonny (owner) was very attentive to what we needed and communicated really well. The bar provided all the drinks.
