Arby’s has always stood out from the usual fast-food crowd, and every visit reminds me why. From the moment I step inside or roll through the drive-thru, the staff are friendly, quick, and genuinely polite. Service is consistently fast, but never rushed, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The food is where Arby’s truly shines. Their roast beef sandwiches are legendary—piled high, tender, and packed with flavor. The classic beef and cheddar is always a favorite, with the perfect balance of melted cheese and tangy sauce. But the menu doesn’t stop there. From market fresh sandwiches and wraps to gyros, sliders, and those amazing curly fries, there’s always something to satisfy whatever craving I have. The variety is impressive, and the quality is consistently better than most fast-food chains.
I also have to mention the sides and extras. The curly fries are iconic, crispy with just the right seasoning. Pairing them with Arby’s sauce or horsey sauce takes them to another level. Even their milkshakes are worth stopping for—rich, creamy, and full of flavor.
Clean dining areas, friendly service, and a menu that keeps things interesting make Arby’s an easy five stars. It’s reliable, delicious, and just a cut...
Read moreI ordered the $5 wings and fries in the drive-thru at the Arby's on 32nd St in Muskogee. When I got to my destination after leaving Arby's (which was a block or so away) my fries were cold and stale and the chicken was dry, hard, and tasted nasty. The chicken was old and had been covered in BBQ sauce to mask the dryness of the meat. I took the order back and asked for my food to be prepared fresh. The district manager (whose name is on the door) was present. I asked to be compensated for having to come back because my order was not good and she was a little snippy and stated that they couldn't give me a refund and that they could only give me more fries. I didn't appreciate her dismissive attitude. So, be aware of your order before you drive away. You may get too fat away from the location and not be able to return your order. My destination just happened to be within close proximity to Arby's and I was able to come back to have my order corrected. They were totally surprised to see me return. Maybe they thought I would just let it go. I wonder how many other people have been treated like this? Just be aware. Thank you....
Read moreNasty! The food, service, and all around experience was horrid! We looked online for a place in Muskogee that had a decent star rating, as we are not from here, and found that every fast food restaurant has less than a 4 star review 👀. We are from Indianapolis, IN where service isn’t that great and it is hit or miss on food. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from here after seeing Arby’s was the only fast food restaurant with a 3.5 star rating. The lady at the drive through window was hideous, honestly she needs to pick a different profession and work on people skills. The food came to $50, now spending that amount I expect an OK experience and edible food. What we got was an attitude and cold, inedible food. Even had to toss my husbands drink out because there was long black hair in the drink, hanging out of the cup. I couldn’t finish my sandwich due to the bread being hard and no Arby’s sauce on the meat. Yuck, never again will we stop in...
