Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Muskogee

This is the rudest and most unorganized Braums we have ever been to. We live 3 hours away and our Braums are great. But this one got out order wrong 3 times in the drive-thru and although our receipt had correct information, the kid didn't read it or the screen and proceeded to argue with us. Finally another worker came over and corrected him and then he admitted his error. We were not hateful back or rude. Then I had to go inside to get some ketchup and salt and either the kid was talking about us or another customer in the drive-thru and was saying out loud, "I wanted get my f---king on them!" The boss and the others laughed with no professionalism. The store was dirty and tables were dirty. It was disappointing because the outside of the store looked really nice. When I was a kid working fastfood, my Boss would tell us, "If you wouldn't serve it to me, don't serve it to...

Slow for as many people as they had working. Stood in line over five minutes waiting for someone to take my order and we were the only ones in line.

They gave us our food and forgot our shakes. When I asked about our shakes, one lady started it and then walked away and left it on the machine and forgot about it. I asked another lady she finished the one shake and I had to ask her about the second one.

No one knew who was supposed to be in drive through or at the front desk. I wouldn't say they are horrible, just very unorganized.

They took a burger from another gentleman that was not given bacon, they took the burger and slapped some bacon on the same half eaten burger where the food was prepped. I don't believe that is standard protocol.

The soda machines were out of syrup and the ketchup dispensers where out of ketchup.

Stopped in for a double dip strawberry shortcake…ice cream was pretty good. But that’s where the good stopped. Restaurant side of the facility is a mess. Trying to get a nut topping added to my order was not possible I was told. Even if though I was more than willing to pay any extra fee. Pay counter was a mess with ice cream smeared everywhere. And while I was standing at counter, I was having to fan the flies away from me…. I travel for work and I was hoping this chain would be a great place to fix my sweet tooth after having some great pizza at MaMa Tigs. I was mistaken. I will not return here.
