Charlie's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Muskogee

First time trying Charlie's Fried Chicken and we will definitely stop back in next time passing through town. Service was great and made some suggestions on our side choices. All three of us had bone in chicken dinners. Chicken was hot, juicy and very flavorful. The crust was delicious! It is thick, lightly crispy and well seasoned. Best sides were the potato wedges and the mac and cheese as suggested by the cashier. The scallop potatoes were just ok. I wish I could have tried the fresh hot rolls, but our son stole mine and devoured it in seconds. He said "Dad, this place is a 10 out of 10!". Portions sizes are huge! Love the food here, just gotta hope when you make a call in order you don't get the female employee that likes to raise her voice and speak over you because you had a question. Customer service is #1 and sadly they should reconsider the choice of staff and their ability to be kind. Customers make your pay check Update- went in to make my order and speak to someone about the bad phone call. They clearly don't care and said their phone is messed up. No ma'am she heard me fine the entire phone call. Started hollering when I asked about adding two rolls. It was probably her covering herself, no excuse for an ugly attitude. I went in and asked the young lady if they had fried catfish still available. She looked in the storage where it's kept and mumbled something that I couldn't understand what she said, so I asked again what she said. At this point she YELLED YES. So I said you act like you have an attitude as she walked off. I then told the manger that she needs to have an intervention with her employee. Mind you she was standing there and had to have heard everything that was said but didn't seem concerned how this employee was acting and never offered an an apology!!! I've was born and raised in Muskogee, but I can tell you I'll never step foot in this...
