Eggs Up Grill — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Wow. Usually this place was one of our favorites to frequent and this time around I got unforgivable food and service. For the past month or so since the new promotion came out, I have been getting the BLT with egg and potatoes… always great - so why switch? Server upon greet was super sweet and efficient at first, once the food came he didn’t check back and there was only 2 other small party tables in the building. The blt was served on a cheap hamburger bun this time?, (blt is always served on toast) (so my sandwich was ruined off the rip), 1 piece of bacon, my egg wasn’t cooked properly - it’s the only part I ate though, the lettuce was wilted and the potatoes were burnt and not seasoned at all (they usually are). From that I ate an egg and my partners who tray of food was burnt, the server saw we pushed aside barely touched food and took the plates, dropped a paper check and never check back or asked how the food was. CHECK ON YOUR GUESTS PERIOD AND IF THEY EAT 1 bite each of the food- something is wrong. Something was very wrong. can’t believe it. So I payed nearly $40 for an egg and a biscuit! You have to work hard for a 5-star review and Eggs Up Grill did just that! They delivered on service and food.

We arrived as a party of 4 mid-morning Sunday. Although the place was quite full, we were seated after just a few minutes wait. Our server, Rianna, quickly came to take our drink orders. She patiently took our food orders and worked with us to accommodate dietary needs. She was upfront with us about any additional charges due to changes. That may seem like a small thing, but it is frustrating when you get an extra charge on your bill that you aren't expecting.

Our food came quickly. Everything was delicious! Since I made substitutions to my Southern Bowl, they accidentally left off the grits. But Rianna quickly put in order in for a side of grits to be brought to me.

The staff has mastered the art of checking in just the right amount of times without being annoying. Everyone we spoke to was personable and pleasant, despite the busy crowd. We definitely have a new favorite spot to add to the list when we...

We live out of town and have an eggs up grill near us that we love. It's our breakfast spot. So when we came here for vacation we were excited to try the one here. It did not disappoint.

Walked in and greeted by a very friendly host. Waited less than a minute to br greeted by our server, Karen. So professional and fun to talk to. She really made our meal the best experience of our day

The restaurant was clean, and bright, and inviting. The food was hot, and fresh. We tried some new items and were really happy with them. Most importantly for us, our kids (very picky) ate a lot of food, laughed, and enjoyed it all as well.
