I felt optimistic coming here as my friends and I were looking for a cute açaí bowl place. The establishment is clean and there was no wait time, the menu is very clear and organized. However, they made the wrong bowl for my friend (which is consistent with other reviews, the employees should be quizzed on the bowl contents). I got the açaí Dunes Bowl, and the presentation of fresh fruit and nice worker each deserve a star. But when I took a bite, I soon realized the açaí “base” is more of a runny smoothie consistency. It was not filling at all because the texture was almost liquid. Save your $10, I have made better bowls in my own house. Edit: Date of purchase was July 5, 2021 around 12:30pm, bought with a visa gift card at the Howard Avenue Myrtle Beach location

So healthy you can taste it. Myrtle Beach's first acai bowl line of shops offering up healthy Acai Bowls, Pitaya Bowls, Green Bowls, Oatmeal Bowls, Smoothies & Fruit 'N' Yogurt Parfaits. Showing my wife that I was man enough to venture out into the world of fresh fruits and not processed sugar, I ordered the #2 Blueberries, strawberries, granola, & honey parfait. Greek yogurt lightly sweetened with honey and mixed with granola and topped with sliced strawberries and blueberries. It was a blend of smoothness, crunchiness and freshness, with a hint of sweetness. It is more of a takeout, as no indoor seating and only a couple tables out on the sidewalk. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great selection of food for anybody trying to be mindful of what they’re putting in their body. The ingredients definitely seem to be fresh and taste wonderful. I will say be prepared to wait for your food to be prepared. I was the only customer in the shop when I went in to order and still ended up waiting roughly 10 minutes for my order of two acai bowls to come out. I can only imagine the wait when they’re busy. All in all would for sure go again and the wait certainly seems to be worth it, just don’t be surprised by one.

The customer service was awful. Immediately walking in, we felt that they didn't think we belonged in a store like that. I waited 20 minutes for a single smoothie before I got up to ask what was taking so long since I heard a lot of talking. But I got an important phone call and made eye contact with the cashier instead. She jumped up and went to the register and started scrolling. 10 minutes after that, another woman came out and gave me the smoothie, apologized, and said the ticket wasn't received at the back computer. They were not busy at all. You would think the cashier would remember not handing us a $9 small sized smoothie for 30 minutes. The smoothie was not worth...
