Went here for the 1st time on Sunday September 14th 2025 with my parents and a couple of friends. We were a party of 7. Located in Market Commons, this restaurant is on the corner. Great views of the city like view is by the window. For parking either one has to parrarell park or park in one of the garages. We were seated right away. I also grabbed a coupon book that was by the host stand. Started reading it too. Oh and this is a bar restaurant that shows sports games and the servers and host wear sports themed memoriblia. They were showing the football games that were on that day. Can get noisy from people cheering. This has bar food like sandwiches and appetizers as well as some select chicken and fish dishes. The host sat us right away, and our server greeted us right away. We got waters for our table, and the waitress was great about doing our separate checks. My dad ordered a beer and so did some others in our party. We also started with appetizers like boneless wings. The boneless wings came out in a timely manner.the chicken was tender and delicious! For entrees, I ordered the salmon with mash potatoes and asparagus, and my parents got burger entrees. I enjoyed the salmon and thought it was very delicious! The other people in our party also enjoyed the food. Oh and restrooms were clean. Be forewarned though that there is only 2 stalls in the women's restroom. Clean and easy to find though. We paid our bill with a credit card and left a cash tip. We hope to be back soon!

This place is a gem, voted Best of the Beach multiple years in a row for very good reasons. Sandwiches and fried delicious things are their strengths. They make ALL of their salad dressings! Ranch? Outstanding. Blue cheese? Tangy, creamy and just so good. My salad was full of crisp greens and tasty garnishes. Only one thing could have made it better. Homemade croutons. What do you think King Street Grille? It's a great way to use day-old bread. I had the patty melt, and it came on great deli-style rye bread. I am so tired of places serving a cheeseburger on Texas Toast and calling it a patty melt. Kudos to King Street. The table shared the mac-n-cheese egg rolls. They were crisp, crunchy and not greasy. All our burgers were cooked properly, moist and very good. Crisp fries and plenty of refills on our drinks kept us happy. I knocked one star off the atmosphere for the Steelers Country sign. As a family of Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys fans, I had to do it. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great food and lots of sports on the numerous TVs. One note. I asked for a to-go cup. Our server, Stephen, brought me two. They were dainty little cups. I like a big ol' travel cup for the beach. Get it big enough and I'd even pay for one. Stephen was a fantastic server, friendly, attentive, not hovering and helpful with the menu.

We stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon for a late lunch, and they weren't very busy. It gives smaller sports bar vibes inside, but there was a really nice outdoor seating area. We started with the mac and cheese egg rolls, and they were decent, but I would maybe try the southwest ones next time. The pepper jack pasta was so tasty! It was creamy, but somehow didn't feel heavy. It had a little spice, and everything was cooked perfectly. Would order again for sure! My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and said it's exactly what he looks for in one. Fries were nice and crispy. We ended the meal with peanut butter pie, which was rich and packed with peanut butter flavor. Our service was great! Our server was kind and quick with everything. It was nice to see a server that knew the menu and had great recommendations. Thanks so much! We will definitely visit again!

My sister and I met up for lunch. We had planned on going to Tupelo honey because I had my dog with me and I saw they allowed pets. Unfortunately their patio isn’t covered and it was raining and super windy so they weren’t an option anymore but we saw king street grille right next door with a covered enclosed patio! Christmas miracle! We were the only ones eating out there. The tables weren’t the cleanest but they probably havent had people sitting out there since it’s been colder out. Our server was nice, he wasn’t very engaging but he was nice enough. I ordered their bbq bacon cheeseburger and asked for the bacon on the side. I don’t eat bacon but I knew my dog would enjoy it. I asked for the burger to be med rare. It was cooked to perfection!! It was an absolutely delicious burger. Burgers are my favorite food and I’m pretty picky. This one was outstanding. Thick and juicy and flavorful. It came with waffle fries that have maybe a Cajun seasoning. Delicious. My sister ordered a veggie quesadilla and a salad. She said everything was very good. She added avocado to her quesadilla ($3 up charge just so you know) I also ordered a bourbon drink. It maybe was called the bourbon smash. It was good. Could have been stronger. It had nice flavor but was forgettable. All in all it was a lovely experience. My only complaint is an odd one…they charged me $.75 to have the bacon on the side. I didn’t ask for extra bacon, just for the bacon that comes on the burger to be put on the side instead of on the burger. There were only 2 pieces so I know I didn’t get extra bacon. But for some reason they charged $.75 for it to be on the side. I didn’t even ask about it because I’m super passive and anxious so that’s never something I’d ask about but it seems like a weird charge. If I asked for extra bacon I’d understand but for them to charge to NOT put bacon on my burger and just set it on my tomato and lettuce there on the side was the strangest thing I’ve seen on a receipt in a while. So heads up on that. Otherwise this was a...

I wish I could give them zero stars! I went to this restaurant from out of town and was treated unfairly, poorly and was disrespected The hostess sat us at a bar table after I asked her to be seated at the dining area ; she stated that it was unavailable because there was no one taking orders over there. I asked her if the bar area was ok although my daughter is under 21… she ignored that question and proceeded to seat us. I noticed another couple come in a be seat at the dining area …. That she said was closed. I asked her about it and she got frantic and rude she said she was getting the manager The manger comes over and immediately says “ you were cursing at my staff “ I explained the story and stated I never cursed or yelled We were kicked out of this establishment without any resolution The hostess completely lied I was racially profiled and was told to leave He followed us out yelling “ bye bye “ My daughter (underaged), my sister and myself When I asked the manager his name he stated “ Julian” He really did not want to provide his name No one ever eat at this restaurant It was embarrassing and completely unethical This place is disgusting the food maybe good but the staff is a disgrace. No one should ever be treated this way ever. Either revamp the staff of close down! Please do not spend your money here or waste your time. I will be making a...
