You Eat I Bake - TOP 9 Free Bakery — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

This is one of our family's highlights when we come to the beach. We have 2 with allergies consisting of Gluten, dairy, and eggs- doesn't lend itself to finding a baker very easily if at all. We stumbled onto You Eat, I Bake and as a mom, I have never been more appreciative than I am to Nicole. Each time my girls walk into her Bakery, we know they can pick what they want with confidence they won't get sick from the ingredients or cross contamination. Since finding this gem, Nicole has seen us through birthdays, holidays, Bachelorette parties, and even my daughter's wedding cake in a different state! We all have our favorite desserts throughout the year, but if you come during the Summer, the peach cobbler or peach with blueberry cobbler is absolutely AMAZING!! The inventory Nicole offers is always fresh and she only stays open until that day's inventory is sold out. My kids can hardly get to school on time, but by golly, they can be up and at the door when Nicole flips her sign to Open no matter...

This place is a “MUST” if you or any loved one has food allergies. My family comes to Myrtle Beach every year. As the years go by, my husband and I have become those people who are allergic to nearly everything. When we heard this place opened up, we knew we needed to try it. Nicole was so patient in answering our questions and explaining what she had made for the day. We took comfort in knowing Nicole is also gluten-free so we weren’t going to get sick from her goodies. It’s a simple little bakery, but beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and nicely displayed in covered trays. This was my first time in this bakery, and we will be back every year they are in business because Nicole knows the pain of not being able to share in the enjoyment of the typical sweet treats at the beach. The flourless brownie never even made it to the beach house! Just note, cakes need to be ordered in advance....

I was in Myrtle beach visiting with family and came upon this wonderful bakery!

We stopped by on a Saturday and explained my eating limitations and I was so excited to find that they had several choices for me. I of course bought all of them and a few of the other options for my husband and children.

I was amazed at the quality and deliciousness of all the goodies we purchased.

The time the owner took to understand what I could and couldn’t eat and explain what exactly was In each item made me feel completely comfortable eating these fantastic baked goodies! I have fibromyalgia and will absolutely have crippling pain for days if I eat the wrong thing so it meant the world to me she took the time.

I wish we had a bakery like this in Delaware but next time I’m in Myrtle I will definitely be stopping in!

The brownies are to die for….all of it really but OMG...
