McDonald's — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

I am so sick and tired of this place. I come here pretty much every morning for a coffee. When the line is long I use mobile order curbside. Without fail every time I end up waiting much longer than I would have waited in line. People that get in the Drive-Thru line after I arrive get their order a long before me. Even people who show up for mobile pickup sometimes get their order before me. The last three times I have come here I have had to call to have my order brought out

Update for 2024 (one year later) service has not improved. I've used the drive through twice while on vacation down here. Both times I was using the mobile app and getting free coffee. Both times I waited way too long at the speaker because they couldn't figure out how to put the order in while I watched people in the other lane just go on through. At least five cars went through while they figured it out and they would not let me pull through even though they knew my order. Both times I got to the window where you pay thinking I would just be driving by and they told me I owed $0.30. For some reason they were adding a sauce on to my order. I did not order sauce. Then I get to the window to pick up my drink and they asked me what kind of sauce I wanted!

I'm not ashamed to say I go to McDonald's a lot both at home and on vacation. Obviously it's fast food and you cannot expect the best service in the world. But this location in Myrtle Beach is atrocious. If I knew the area enough to go to a further...

I would have filled out a survey, but I was never given a copy of my receipt. I came in on August 12 around 10:30pm. It wasn't busy at all, no cars in the drive thru, and no indoor line. Now, when we do go through the drive thru, they usually get our order wrong. So instead, I went inside to place an order for a mcchicken sandwich, medium fries, and a free frappe (with the app). I specifically told the cashier, who seemed easily overwhelmed and confused to make the sandwich with no mayonnaise. Usually I'll check my order before I leave, but I didn't think they could have possibly messed this up. Well, I get home and the sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and had no lettuce. I had to scrape it off and use lettuce we had in our fridge. The bun was soaked from the mayonnaise and by the time I put the condiments on it I like, it was soggy. I don't normally complain like this, but after a long day at work, I hoped to enjoy a buffalo ranch mcchicken my way. This isn't this franchise's fault, but mickey d's needs to bring back the buffalo ranch mcchicken! And if all the flavors of the frappes are listed in the app, they need to be offered at each location. I went through two different flavors and was told they don't do those at this location. I think I'll just settle for chicken nuggets next time or go to hungry howie's. Their $5 pizza deal is so much better and a lot...

Ordered 2 of the Travis Scott combos (one with extra bacon) in the drive thru. The cashier didn't even know what the burgers consisted of. Was given the fries and drinks and told to pull into a parking space and order would be brought out. Ten minutes later, a guy brings out the burgers. My boyfriend asked if one had extra bacon as he requested. The guy states that he doesn't know and for him to check. There was a piece of bacon broken in half on both sandwiches. My boyfriend became upset and told the guy that it was their responsibility to check before the order was brought out. Guy goes back in. After 10 more minutes, nothing! My boyfriend goes inside to see what the holdup was. The guy "forgot" and was bagging orders for others! The cashier at the front counter tried to give us a bag with one burger and one order of fries...my boyfriend became more irate at this point because she was rude to him stating that she didn't have anything to do with our order. Finally, she gave us a bag with 2 burgers in it and stated that we already had fries. I was like... I'll bring the cold fries that have been sitting in the car for about 20 minutes back in. She then fixed 2 orders of fries and slid the bag across the counter almost falling off the counter. I had to grab my boyfriend's arm and get him...
