Sadie's Corner Cafe — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

The prices here are far too high for what you get. $18 for a cheeseburger and fries is unreasonable, especially given the quality. They claim the food is made fresh, but that’s just not true, anyone can tell the difference between a fresh, hand-made burger and a frozen one, and this was clearly the latter.

I understand you’re running a new business and trying to make things work, but when I can go to plenty of other places and get better quality food for the same price, or less, why would I come back here?

This isn’t just my opinion; it’s becoming a common sentiment. Many people I’ve talked to have already decided not to return because of the high prices and low value. The service and management also need improvement, staff seemed unmotivated, and there wasn’t much leadership or attention to detail.

For the prices being charged, customers expect a higher standard of food and service. Right now, it just doesn’t deliver. I hope one day I can revisit and change...

I’ve eaten at this cafe going on almost a dozen times now, tried a different menu item each time, and I have not had anything that wasn’t excellent and fresh. They have a nice variety of different options between breakfast and lunch. I love that they do ice cubes MADE of coffee in their iced coffees with homemade concoctions like cookie dough, hazelnut, and peanut butter. The aesthetic of the inside is so lovely and refreshing. The staff and owners also are incredibly welcoming and personable. So far my favorite item is the Chuckie’s Beach BLST that has nicely seasoned chicken (perhaps a lemony taste..?👍👍) with awesome ‘secret’ sauce. HECK YEAH...

I work right across the plaza, and this place will quite literally be the reason my diet fails — and I’m not even mad about it! They have the best BLT I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy bacon, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread done just right. Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious. The coffee is amazing too — and they even use coffee ice cubes so it stays fresh for hours!
