Blazen Burgers — Restaurant in Nampa

I usually always order from these guys and I usually don't have complaints about them until the beginning of this year. I ordered in February The same thing. I usually always order And I understand that apparently, they have been short on drivers and that they were busy that night. It took an hour before I finally called and asked about my order. They lied to me and all you hear is arguing on the phone before they tell me that my order is leaving the store and out for delivery. Another 25 minutes pass before I call again And they want to lie to me and say your food is leaving the store right now So I got upset and told them you guys already said my food was leaving the store I don't wanna wait longer and I decided to cancel the order. I have ordered since then and have recieved my food. So it's been a month and I tried to order from them today and BRAD BLAMER(the owner) gets on the phone And explains to me that they are not going to deliver to my house. Since they lost such a big order last time and that because of me they lost people and labor. Which makes no sense since they have delivered to me previously after that. He wouldn't stop cutting me off and he was complaining about having to pay his own employees saying how it was all my fault. I'm probably never going to eat from or order from them again. They should probably get new management and there are cheaper places to eat it's unfortunate that it's being run by such improper and rude people (BRAD BLAMER)you shouldn't blame people for your guys...

Google's rating for this place is above four stars, so when I was in the neighborhood, I headed over. When I arrived, I started reading the reviews and found a LOT of recent bad ones. Not having time to find another spot, I rolled the dice and hoped my experience would be one of the ones that generated the rating.

Sadly, while the young woman helping me was very friendly and customer-service oriented, the food was some of the worst I've ever had.

The burger had so little meat, and it was so overcooked, the whole thing tasted like a melted cheese and hot vegetable sandwich. Half of the insides fell out as I bit into it. The "shake" was soft-serve with flavoring mixed in, and didn't have nearly enough flavor. It felt like drinking melted ice cream, rather than drinking a milkshake. The fries weren't bad, but tasted exactly like the ones we make at home, and not like a restaurant fry. You might actually prefer the fresh, single-fried potato. I love steak fingers, so despite already ordering a full meal, I got an order of these as well. Sadly, the breading had no flavor and no crispy-crunch, leaving the fingers tasting like nothing more than overcooked steak. It was hard to chew through. Even their ketchup tasted so strongly of vinegar I could swear it was homemade.

I really wanted to like this place, and only ended up tasting everything I got. I threw more than half of each item away because it was bad. I sincerely hope they can turn things around one day, but I won't be someone who tries them again...

I decided to try a new place for lunch today so I went to Blazin Burgers. Who doesn't like a good burger? The lady in the car ahead of me was at the drive thru and I noticed a cell phone being passed back and forth. As I pulled up to the window and gave her my card she handed me the cell phone. I noticed it was strictly for a tip. I felt like I was forced to give a tip with really isn't good customer service. I did ask the lady at the window if that phone is sanitized between each person touching it and she responded with "No". I asked her how that was helping with the spread of COVID and she simply said "it's not" then shut the window. Im all for everyone's rights to not wear a mask or social distance and that I take a risk when I leave my home. But as a company who is having staff wear a mask, why aren't you doing everything possible to help reduce the spread. One person who has COVID or anything else that is transfered by touch could have touched that phone and spread it to everyone else who touched it after. I thought after I got home that the food would be good and I could move on. I ordered a shake, tots and a burger. It was strange that the shake had no lid or a straw. It might have well been an ice cream. The tots were over cooked and hard. The burger wasn't anything to brag about. I may have considered coming back to try the food again however with the neglect of caring about peoples safety I...
