Burger King — Restaurant in Nampa

I came through with my fiance and a couple friends about 1030 pm 10/29. we all wanted to try your new LTO burger. we order our sandwiches 4 of them. we got to the window the total was 24 and some change which kinda shocked us but you know we felt it was worth what we paid. we were asked to pull to pull to the front for FRESH FOOD WAS BEING MADE. we did about 5 mins later we got our food we live about 3 mins away got home opened our sands first off no green bun they were on regular bun ok fine whatever. but once we opened our sandwiches the chicken looked like it was taken out of the waste bucket it was a dark dark brown no crisp to it I went to cut it in half it was like ripping into jerky. I opened all 4 and they were the same not to mention I'm a general manager and a near by food establishment. I took all 4 chickens off and tempt them they reached 123 in temp way past hold time and past what u should serve chicken. I called the manager on shift and explain this and said it was frustrating I paid an LIMITED TIME OFFER PRICE FOR A SANDWICH that was so bad i have never ever in my whole career seen this. except for when I am counting my chicken waste at the end if the night she agreed and said she shouldn't have served it. than I asked about the green but she said yah we ran out.i said don't you think you should have told us? she said probably. It's just so frustrating to see people in the position that they are in and they don't care. it really sucks because that managers names not being effected or talked about it's the business. and she did give me a refund which was great but I mean common if I would have let me pregnant sister in law eat that sand which that was provided she more than likely would have become sick and not on your managers name on the company's expense. I am not satisfied this...

The last few times my wife and I have visited this store, the customer service has dramatically fallen way short. The last visit was a very frustrating experience. First...the young lady at the counter really struggled to get my order correct...2 Whopper meals, one with cheese, heavy pickles on both, lime Coke and vanilla Dr. Pepper. She had to asked the drinks three times. When the order arrived I asked for fry sauce and ranch. A different lady rudely said, "We don't have fry sauce." I asked for just ranch then. I sat down at the table only to discover my Whopper was without its cheese. After checking my receipt to see if I was charged for it, I took the burger up to the counter and asked for cheese. A different girl slid a disgusting garbage can toward me and said, again very rudely, "We can't take that back. We'll make another one." I waited and waited and waited until finally someone else asked if I needed something. I said I was waiting for a Whopper with cheese. She retrieved one one sitting in the warmer, bagged it and handed it to me. When I removed the wrapper I found a very messy and partially smashed burger with a tomato sitting next to it. To top it off, our refills were wrong. Murphy's law was certainly in effect this day. I am very forgiving when it comes to mistakes. But I stuggle to tolerate rudeness and lousy customer service. It will probably be a long before we come back to this...

Stopped into this location to grab a quick, in-expensive bite of food. Left extremely disappointed. Might be just this location or BK's new policies and food choices, but either way it was an unpleasant visit. To start, the Drive-thu moved extremely slow. We sat in line for 15+ minutes. Thought it was because they were busy, but turns out the person taking orders must have been in training, because they were not fluid with taking orders. Next, we asked to use coupons, and were told they could only take 1 coupon on drive-thru orders. In past we've been able to use multiples, again, maybe this is a new policy, fine. But then the person taking our order never asked for the coupon code, and didn't give us any discounts. Plus one of the coupons must have been for an old food item, because they told us they didn't even have the item to sell us. (Super strange). To top if off, the order wasn't complete (forgot our drink & sauces), and one of the burgers looked like it came in a kids meal it was so small, like literally a 1/3 of the size of a whopper. Expected to pay about $11 for our food, ended up paying $16 and received less food than we thought we would. I'm giving them 2 stars, because at least the fries and...
