Why has it taken us 8 months to try this gem? We moved to Nampa 8 months ago and I drive past this place 4 or 5 times a week…..

Have been craving Birria ramen all winter and finally found the real deal. We had a great spot in Twin Falls but moved back to the Boise area and have not found our birria ramen spot…until now. 32oz of meat, consume, noodles and a cup of fresh onion/cilantro. More meat than noodles! Nobody does that! Meat was tender, consume was thick and flavorful as heck! $8!!!!

Wife had chorizo…tastes house made….delicious!

Their menu looks like they consulted with my palate. It literally has everything that I love! Can’t wait to try it all. We have found our Mexican food truck!

Try this place out now! If you’re needing a birria ramen fix…be hungry…it’s not a snack it’s a delicious...

I came in for my anniversary & I ordered 3 carnia asada tacos side of beans & rice 4 of the churros and torta and I didn't get my churros at all and I spent $35/bucks for my anniversary lunch. I will not be returning This is such bad customer service skills. This was my first and only time trying this taco truck. The lady taking orders specifically asked about the churros.. I even gave a tip. But I am very very disappointed in this service all I wanted was a nice anniversary lunch. I will never return.

Best taco truck I've eaten at in the valley. Huge burritos, fresh ingredients, food has remained very consistent. For the most part I have eaten here once a week for the last year and a half. The red sauce is my favorite, I buy it from them to have at home. Get the grilled Jalapeño on the side, 9 time out of 10 they will light you up. I recommend this place to anyone that mentions...
