Darrin is awsome very knowledgeable. No he does not know what they sell in other shops nor is it his job to know. Yet he can tell you about everything at this shop and can tell you the in and outs of each device and piece and clothing. He is very kind and good natured. Please respect the fact that the employee's do have rules to follow just like you do at your job. Most of the hate comes from people who don't like the fact that they have to i.d. every person and if you use certain language they are not legally going to be allowed to sell you anything and you will have to leave. It's not only the law but it can cost them there job and charges and I don't know about you but no one is worth my job and more. So please respect the employee's they are just doing there job let alone having to deal with shitty people yelling at them for...

Its the only place to go for items people need for medicinal reasons. However the staff needs to relax some and treat us like adults, I don't understand a need to ID me for purchasing a oil burner, They have way cool expensive clothes , and awesome displays of thing's I never asked about because the vibes in there were like i was just suppose to leave instead of enjoying checking things out and chatting some over acool item. I don't frequent the place, so maybe I went on a difficult day; There was not even anyone in the store, I simply figured it would be a very accepting atmosphere and that staff would be casual in their approach to the customers. I received two items from here as gifts. One of them I really like—it’s unique and seems well made. The other, an electric grinder, was a different story. The glass jar didn’t fit the motor correctly, got stuck, and ended up shattering in my hand while I was trying to get it off. Not exactly what you expect from something brand new. I reached out about the issue but never got a response, which was just as disappointing as the product itself. The shop is cool, but the prices are a bit high and being ghosted on customer service doesn’t leave the best first impression. Hopefully this was just my experience and they do...
