Los Betos Mexican Food 2 — Restaurant in Nampa

Will NEVER come back here again, went this last weekend through the drive thru for a breakfast burrito around noon and the lady was so freaking rude I was trying to order and she was just ignoring my husband and I. I simply asked if they were open and she just mumbled “mhmm” then proceeded to order my husband’s food and she gave no response we were sitting there for over 7 minutes I kept saying “hello” “i’m sorry is anyone there” because she decided to be rude as hell and ignore us, and remind you I asked if they were open/closed numerous times with a response nothing more then a “mhmm”. We ended up just leaving and taking our business somewhere else. The service has always been decent here but that was the worst interaction we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, will never go back! Save your money & time and just go to a taco truck on the blvd where they won’t ignore you they’ll actually communicate with you & the food is way better quality! Spent almost $60, got home and realized I was missing a burrito. I called immediately and the person who bagged my food knew she forgot it and even said what burrito it was. She told me she wrote it down in a notebook by the register and I could come back any time. I told her it wouldn’t be for a couple weeks because we were going out of town, she told me that was fine and when I come in if it’s not her to just tell them to check the notebook and tell them I talked to Mary. I went there today and told them and they just kept talking shit in Spanish calling me a liar and told me they didn’t know what I was talking about and they don’t have a notebook and nobody works there by that name. I have been in over a dozen times and seen the same lady working who originally took my order and she wasn’t there today. The employees today wouldn’t even look by the register. I showed them when I called and asked them if they wanted to see the charge on my account and they didn’t care. Such rude...

This is the second time I've eaten here. And both times were absolutely awful. The first time the carne esada was inedible. It was so dry and rock hard I was choking swallowing it. Aweful. 2nd time I went i asked for carne esada burrito one with rice, one regular. I told them to mark the burrito with the rice one. So I get home and they marked a burrito with rice. I open it to eat it it had no rice, but the one not marked had rice so it went to the wrong person. The burrito that was regular had hardly any meat, and mostly the tomato and onions. It was almost empty. Falling apart and both burritos the tortilla was ROCK HARD. Literally crunchy like a potato chip. Burnt to heck.. after 2 bites both of us had enough. This place is AWFUL.
