Franz Bakery Outlet — Restaurant in Nampa

Every Single Time I come here, I am rung up incorrectly. Today I forgot to check my bag before walking out the door and got home to find yet again I was charged for 6 items and only received 5. I walked up to the counter with two things. She had the keto buns and English muffins on the counter, and I said I’d take two buns and one package of English muffins, along with my two items. She offered another package of English muffins so it would be over $10 and I could get a free punch. I said yes I’ll take another one. She charged me for that 2nd one but never put it in the bag. I live 15 mi away and it’s not worth the gas to go back. If you choose to ship here, pay attention. It’s NEVER in my favor when I’m rung up incorrectly. Usually I catch it but today I wasn’t watching like a hawk and it cost me $1.50. When I called to ask if I could pick the missing item up tomorrow, she was a bit rude and insisted she put them both in the bag, and then told me she had none left. Yes, I’m totally going to call the store and tell them my stuff was missing for some day old English muffins? Does she think a person is really going to LIE over $1.50? The prices aren’t much better than Winco anyway, save your money and get fresher food somewhere else where they won’t...

Bathrooms are very dirty smell like urine bad GMP practice people's touching stuff off the production floor and touching bagels the four minutes and supervisors are two ladies that yell at everybody talk to them like their dogs this lady Tammy comes in at 4:30 in the morning she's around eats donuts and chat it up with everybody she unjustly lays people off if they confront her for yelling or verbally abusing employees also seeing sanitary workers mopping the floor with mops that smell like dirty water on the production floor is a lot of people like touching floors and not touching that lady Tommy is out of control she's an old lady that doesn't work and just fires people if you don't hangout in the break room and talk forever and tell me your life story some people come to work not to chat it up this place is crazy bad they're always laying off good employees for no reason because the management is no good the only legit people that work there or Don Lewis is a good guy the HR lady is good and the safety guy is good the Foreman's on the floor are straight garbage they should get...

Two ladies attending with great attitudes and very attentive. Lots of varieties. Lots of discounts. I've been eating the discounted buns, bread and chips. Made great sandwiches with the buns and bread. The chips are fantastic. It's a place that I enjoy shopping, the Franz bakery is there and the aroma of cooking bread is amazing, the selection is tremendous, the ladies are a lot of fun, there is plenty of parking, I buy much more than I need, the value is very high, I am very satisfied with the quality, the selection is large so I can sample many products at a reduced cost. The staff and customers are very courteous. I can't think of a single negative. Loads of positive experiences. Be sure to park on the bakery outlet signed area because the other turn ins are for the delivery trucks to back into the bakery docks and you cannot drive from the dock area to the store and there are no parking areas on the dock side...
