I purchased a dress from the Boise DI and when I brought it home and tried it on I found out that it had a hole in the sleeve. Before I tried it on I had taken the tag off of it, but kept it and brought it with me when I went to return it. I live in Caldwell and went to the Nampa store because it was closer than going back to Boise. The manager, Karen told me that they wouldn't return it because the tag was taken off. She said that since I bought it in Boise I had to go back to Boise to return it, that it would not help their bottom line if she returned it for me. I told her that I have returned items before that I had purchased in Boise. She said that they don't do that. I contacted another manager and they said that they can and will do that. Sheryl, my cashier called for help immediately when they noticed something was wrong and Kat was so kind to offer me their personal water bottle. Laurie got a Gatorade for me and the managers Ben and Brent checked on me often and made sure I felt okay before I left the store. If you shop here, make sure you have flexibility on brand and availability, because most of their inventory is random because based on donations. They do produce some new items.
