After constantly being recommended about how great their Pho is, I took my family to finally try it out.

Unfortunately, I would never come back or ever recommend them to anyone. The ownership apparently has changed, so this may have affected the pre-quality of the great Pho 7 which I have heard so much raving reviews about.

Negative Points:

After ordering a couple things on the menu we sat down and noticed a mouse running behind the benches in the lobby where we were sitting. -Contemplated still eating there after waiting 40 minutes for 3 items and seeing the mouse constantly run around with the staff nearly acknowledging it. If there's one mouse, there's usually others. Unless it sneaked in through the front door (which does close slowly). We still decided to eat as it was a to-go order and the rare steak Pho was pretty good. However, the chicken in the chicken pho was barely edible as it was dry, pre-frozen, and weirdly peppered. The portion sizes are small for the price. One of three items were forgotten in the to-go order and they could not do a refund for the item. The lobby was dirty. When trying to call back multiple times the next day for a refund on the item, their phone was constantly busy and buzzing or would automatically hang up after two rings.

Positive: The staff was nice and the drinks/ were delicious. The Rare steak Pho tastes great and the broth is fresh/smooth and slightly sweet.

I'll take the loss on this one, but am severely dissapointed because this seemed like a great establishment...

I wanted so bad to love this place. Eaten here three times. Each time the service is subpar to the point of really impacting the meal in a negative way. The addition of “Ding Tea” is a great one and the main reason they get three stars. Probably the best variety of bubble tea in Canyon County. Not only do they offer traditional bubble teas, but they offer many different kinds of jellies and bobas and even yogurt based drinks. The Pho is actually really quite good here as are the egg rolls. We ordered Bun the last time (pork noodle bowl). It was OK for me, but then they did not bring out any sauce for it and they’re waiter. Directed me to use the fish sauce on the table. It was not the traditional fish sauce and was absolutely disgusting. When I asked a different waiter about it she told me I was supposed to get traditional fish sauce with the pork noodle bowl. She brought it out and it was much better. My wife’s pork had marble sized clumps of chilies that I believe we’re part of the marinade for the pork and accidentally made it in there. So hot it took her breath away in a dish that is really not supposed to be spicy. If you can get past them not having available what’s on their menu, food that’s not consistent, really slow and less than attentive service, and not bringing out important parts of the meal with all of the other parts so that you can actually enjoy the food while it’s in front of you and hot….. might...

This place is so delicious! This is the best local pho we have tried yet, tons of meat. The pork vermicelli plate is also amazing and the pork is very tender. They have a variety of teas and they serve jasmine tea which is awesome! There is a tall, young Hispanic girl there who served us, and she is extremely polite and attentive. There are yummy desserts and very authentic treats there. It is nice and clean inside and decorated beautifully. The music is also wonderful, we don't hear dance beats at restaurants very often in Idaho. Just a lovely treat! Today we got to go, and I had to come on and change my review because we literally got the worst food ever. I had it at 5 stars, but today, the portions were tiny, the meat was cooked terribly, and the rice dish was awful. We are so disappointed. There was a big group of teenagers working today vs last time we came there was only maybe 1. My husband got maybe a quarter of the meat in his "large" pho. The house special rice was almost $20 and it tastes terrible! Hardly any meat in it at all! $52 and we feel like we wasted our money. The pork in my vermicelli dish is burnt and dry. This is sad in comparison to the quality food we had just 4 days ago. My whole family is disappointed. I'm not sure we will be coming back, instead of this becoming one of our favorite restaurants in the...

Great flavor in each dish we ordered. Huge portions totally worth the price of each plate/bowl. Had to ask for a bit more pho fixings, but they were happy to bring out more. We love the bean sprouts, basil, lime, and fresh jalapeños a lot if you do too, just know to ask for it. All their ingredients were fresh and good quality. Just a heads up, when it says "spaghetti," it really is spaghetti noodles. The #7 was the only one that had traditional pho noodles. It's still very tasty, but next time, we would swap this out. Some of the best pho we have had since moving out here. Traveled from Boise to give it a try, and it was well worth the distance. Fun ambiance. A bit distracting with all the different tvs and music from another sources plus on one TV they were watching (maybesomeonee really was) playing Zelda video game. It's justt a bit different to carry on a conversation. There is plentyy of seating, very clean, and super relaxed vibes. Friendly staff and super helpful! Overall, it was a great lunch with plenty of leftovers for dinner as well 😋
