I've used Myatts in the past for work and for a personal project. When I was asked to have a few shirts embroidered with a vineyard logo I designed, I emailed Myatts right away. 24 hours later I had not heard from them, so I called. Dave answered the phone. He found my email and let me know the info email was not the best, and I should use his email in the future. This was 10-11-22, I needed the shirts on 11-10-22 ... I knew my design needed some tweaks to be better for embroidery so 11-10 my be asking a lot. I worked with Dave to achieve a better embroidery design. During that process there was a lack of communication. While Dave was always pleasent on the phone, he nor anyone else at Myatts ever contacted me unless I initiated it. Two times we went back and forth to change the logo, that took until 11-09. Dave sent me a link to oder the shirts on 11-11. After that, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or email. Right before Christmas, I called multiple times. Eventually a woman answered, and told me my order was set for completion on the that next Monday. She also said they would call to confirm it was complete. She apologized it was taking so long, and said they have been focused on a large hat job. I realize my job was nothing to them, but why take it on if you are not going to finish. Telling me that my job was less important didn't make me feel better about the two months of frustration. They have never called me back to say my job is complete ... I'm disappointed, even though I often expressed appreciation to Dave for his time and help, my project was not on his radar to complete. I had let them know in my first email, and on the phone this was a small job. I don't know what more I could do to be a better customer for Myatts, other than order...
Read moreVery disappointed in the lack of communication. I made myself clear when I went in there that I wanted no more than one hour of setup time at $100 an hour. Over a week later I finally hear back from them and they tell me they are going to "pass" on the job. If 1 hour wasn't enough time to design a shirt then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time. I will gladly take my money for 30 plus shirts and spend it elsewhere. What a joke. In my opinion communication is better than a bad reputation. They have missed out on a great ongoing account. Instead I'll be sharing this experience with anybody who needs similar products and recommend they take their business elsewhere. Can't imagine it's worth it....... after reading their reply I added a screenshot of the email that shows over 30 shirts and the receipt from another business that I ordered from right after Myatts "passed" They communicated well and got my business....
Read moreI was actually referred to Dave by another local business and I couldn’t be more impressed by what an amazing job he did for us! My husband and I are new up and coming business owners in the plumbing industry and the first time I spoke with Dave he was really nice and genuine, answered all of my questions, sent me a quote quickly and went over all of the options in his shop with me that fit our needs! He also went above and beyond when some of our order needed extra attention, he not only re-printed some items himself but he actually met me over the weekend and hand delivered them to us! My husband and I were blown away at how much he actually cared enough to do something like that! Thanks so much Dave at Myatt’s!
