The guy in the photo and the video is beyond rude and completely out of line, also embarrassed me in front of everyone that was there,.....when i came here I was homeless, was going through a lot, and hungry. I had money, I paid for everything, but while I was in line getting my noodles and everything I wanted them to cook up for me, I bought the medium sized bowl, and I filled it up, not over towering or towering over at all, but it was filled. I was trying to get enough so I had something to eat for that day, next day lunch, and dinner, the Chinese guy in the photo and video the one whose back is turned in the video, not the one whose face you can see in the 7 second clip in the reviews, the shorter guy, thought it would be okay to tell me, all because I got extra sauce for my noodles as I was next in line to get it cooked, and very loud by the way, "why are you getting extra stuff what all that food isn't enough for you stop piling it on". Everyone and I mean everyone in the restaurant stopped and looked at me, nobody said anything, all I could say was "excuse me"? I was so embarrassed that he said what he did, without knowing ANYTHING at all about my situation. I wanted to tell him "yeah I could use some more considering I'm homeless and a paying customer, I think I might get a little more" but I was too embarrassed he put me on the spot like that, I had a job, I was a paying customer, my job didn't know I was homeless and I wanted to keep it that way, so didn't eat there in my days off, and was just craving stir fry......after he said that and I said excuse me he grabbed the bowl out of my hand and threw it on the wok cooker thing cooked it and gave me a dirty look before handing it back to me ... After it got cooked, there was enough in there to barely fill the bowl, it would have been different if I was piling it on there wayyy past the bowls limit but I didn't, and for him to blurt out a comment like that to a paying customer who was just standing in line was...

One of the more unsatisfactory eating experiences I've ever had to endure. When I showed up the entire restaurant looked abandoned. Was dark and had one other customer hidden away in the corner. Went through and assembled my dish. A lot of the veggies were old and dried out. The meats which are generally frozen were completely thawed meaning they've been sitting for a while or the cooler wasn't working properly. 90% of the sauces that I got were basically water. There was like six pieces of garlic in the garlic sauce, the curry with essentially yellow water, etc. Forgoing all of that, I went to get my food cooked and when I got it back, even after tipping the chef, my food was basically warmed. All of my veggies were still raw and the noodles were still incredibly chewy. Since none of the sauce was able to cook into anything all of the food was incredibly dry and the bottom was just sitting in a puddle of sauce. I was only able to eat a couple of bites before I took the food home and cooked it myself. I never saw my waitress from the moment she set me down until she gave me my ticket so I was unable to even ask about correcting my dish. Absolutely terrible experience. #1 Mongolian BBQ is number one for a reason. Don't go to this place. The staff straight up doesn't care about you or...

We wanted to try something new for food while visiting the area and so we thought we would give this place a try, Upon entering the building it was very dark and Sketchy looking. We sat down and got drinks and then went to get our food. Once we got the the bar all the veggies Especially the Carrots and celery looked very old and dried out. The meat selection was very limited as well as the sauce to flavor our food, the display board was very confusing to which sauce was which and it looked messy. They put our food on the grill and started cooking it, they didn’t used and house sauce to cook the food they squirted what looked like water all over it. This removed all the flavor we added ourselves before cooking it, as they cooked our food a bunch of the food fell off the grill and we ended up with less then what we started with. Once we got our food we sat to eat and nobody came to check on us to ask if we needed anything. There was no condiments on the table and My fiancé waited for a beer for more than 20 minutes. They never came to ask if we wanted a drink refill or anything. We left and don’t plan on going back. The cooks also looked very unimpressed with having to be at work and didn’t seem to care about the food they were cooking. I do not recommend...

This place is SO good....I mean, I haven’t had good Mongolian like this in a long time...I had missed it, so finding this one was a treat! My only sadness was that they didn’t have the rice paper wraps...but they are very good. 3 bowl sizes was kind of a weird concept for me, but then you get to take it home...the one we had in my home town, that wasn’t the case..so that’s kind of cool.. UPDATE: It’s been a year since I wrote this review. This place is still one of the best for Mongolian in the area IMO. They have slipped a smidge after the pandemic, but so many places have. Not uncommon at all. The last time we went there, they had some weird flavors going on. Not sure what that was about. Doesn’t mean I will stop going there. Still 5 stars.

We absolutely love Mongolian BBQ. I add beef, jalapeno, celery, red onion, sunflower seeds, Pineapple, broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, green onion, And 18 scoops of a variety of sauces. YUM. Everything tastes delish. Always fresh & crisp. The only thing I'd change is: The veggies are cut HUGE. I believe that they purposely do this so u can't put a lot in your dish. 🤫 Lol. Also a lot of Chefs who work the grill like to gab about the customers. I can speak some Mongolian language. I can understand it even better. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The food is so good. I'll just have to learn to live with it. 😉

I've been eating here since God only knows. Their variety in vegetables, meats and sauces is opportunity to try something different every time. I'm allergic to mushrooms and the cooks have no problem cleaning the grill before they cook my food. Just a little tip for the new people, fill one bowl with your usual consumables, grab a small bowl and put your sauces in it. Also, don't eat your entire bowl there. The left overs are even better because everything has had a chance to marinade in the juices.
