Before Easter, I called to speak to one of their stylists. What I got instead was the owner's cell phone number. It was a California number. The lady's name was Vivian. She seemed quite interested in doing my requested hair style. She was with a client at the time so our conversation was cut short. She said she would get back with me to schedule an appointment and availability. I Never received a call back nor did I receive any text message, although I left a few messages to call and talk to me. I really feel that she dist me. For what reason I don't know. I was forced to find another facility that would take care of me. I feel this attitude was highly unprofessional, and tells me that she's not a very smart Business woman or just really doesn't care about her potential customers. If this is her attitude look for other places to take care of all your hair needs....
