Moxie Java - Garrity — Restaurant in Nampa

The manager Heidi I believe that was her name .Was extremely rude when my husband was ordering our drinks when he asked what flavors of smoothie they had she said you can read it on the screen out there . Then she proceeded to tell us we couldn't split our order because we had a free card for one of the drinks she said it's because we were all together how does she know if we share a bank account or not ... I proceeded to tell there separate and I've done that before in the same car and she got all sort of snappy and said well what do they look like because it's against our policy . I love going to moxie but not if someone cold and rude like that is going to be working there . Usually staff is nice and warm even if they tell us they cant do something. That location needs a new manager I've never met someone so rude in customer service . If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one . They lost us as customers and I'll be sure to talk to family and friends who all go to that location every weekend . This is not a review on other staff just on that unpleasant manager . I am sure this will get deleted so I'll be sure to reach someone higher...

I went into Moxie Java a month ago and I ordered a matcha drink. The matcha came and it was white LOL for anyone that's ever had matcha it's not White. I brought it up to the lady and said hey I can't even taste matcha and matcha should be green. She got her boss or whoever made the matcha and told her what I said and the lady came out and was super rude. She said well what do you want some more matcha? I said well it should be green she said well I don't know how to make them anyway I hardly ever make them. My question is why are you selling them if you don't know how to make them? You didn't have trouble charging me for matcha. And I noticed your sign a few months before said Macho was coming. Very disappointing I recommend Starbucks or Dutch both do really good matcha. I did email the corporate office about this but really didn't get much...

Love love love this Moxie!! This isn't on my way to work, a detour that's worth every mile.... But what an excellent find!!! Hot vanilla or hazelnut breve.....YUM!!! The crew here is amazing! JT is the best!! He knows my order before it comes out of my mouth! I'm always greeted with a smile, even at 5 am....JT & Heidi took the time to get to know me, always ask how I'm doing, and remember details about me. They are very fast... Even with a line of cars. Smoothies are great, food is fresh, coffee is rich, amazing and delicious whether hot or cold. When you don't know what you want they are always great at suggestions! Do yourself a favor, stop by and grab an excellent cup of coffee, get a smile to start your day! Thank you JT for the best customer service, you are amazing!! Thank you to the morning crew.....
