Used to be the Best place to get a "Tres Leches" cake. What happened?? Are they using whole wheat flour now???

UPDATE This place used to be called El Sinai (when it was good). Then the new owner bought it and I’m wondering if she just changed the name and kept all of those great reviews from the previous business. Hmmmm My wife called to order a cake and was unable to communicate with the employee (my wife speaks Spanish). So she passed the phone to me and guess what?? I wasn’t able to communicate with the girl either! Ok …I get that she must have been young and new to the business, but I was also asked for a Zelle deposit of over fifty percent!! Really??? I am a long time customer and have purchased many times before at this place from previous and current owners and have never been asked for a deposit. Well…after being quoted two different prices and still dabbling in confusion with the employee for a solid twenty-six minutes, I quickly decided to just cancel the whole thing RIGHT AFTER HANGING UP. Not even five minutes had gone by. I contacted the owner who refused to return my $25 deposit for a $45 cake (rediculous). I gave up and handed the phone over to my wife. Round two. My wife was BEYOND ticked off. Ladies and gentlemen. This is bad business practice at its best. I’ve run businesses and I also retired very young. I know business better than fish know water and if this place makes it for another five years, it would have to be for lack of competition. Should I even mention the unsanitary conditions of this bakery? Should I call the health department? The city of Caldwell? The Better Business Bureau? The owner finally and grudgingly refunded my deposit, but seriously… a customer had already been lost for good… and a bad review earned. This is the most awesome Mexican bakery in Nampa!! Great big selection of so many delicious things. I bought a cupcake/muffin (no frosting) that I assumed would be a little dry and it was SO scrumptious I could have eaten 10 more!!! Also bought a giant chocolate chip cookie and again- wow… it was so delicious!! I’d weigh 5000 pounds if I worked here. I cannot wait to go back! I ordered 50 cupcakes for my daughter‘s birthday and there were the driest things I’ve ever had I would never come back to this bakery again. I asked them For blue frosting and they ended up putting white frosting in the bottom and then the blue frosting I never asked for that. They did not listen to what I wanted.
