This is by far the worst Subway that I think I have ever been to. About two weeks ago my husband and I on my lunch break went to this Subway. We got back to my office and realized they had given us someone elses sandwich. They corrected the situation. Then today I went back again on my lunch break, I waited in their drive through for over 15 min. (on my lunch break) just to again, get back to my office to find out that my sandwich looked pitiful at best. It did not have the sauce that I requested on it and only 2-3 strips of bacon. When I called Lizzy to let her know my experience and to find a resolution she told me that I would have to bring the sandwich back to her so that she could look at it to tell if it wasnt right, (FOR ME). So I went back, again on my lunch break. When I got there and gave her the sandwich she inspected it to check if I had been lying. I then told her how upset I was at this situation and asked for a refund. I also stated that I think it would be appropriate for her to refund and to remake the sandwich due to how many times I'v had to go back and correct my orders. She told me no, that it was either one or they other. That she would not do both. Not to mention with the worst attitude I'v ever seen on someone that was supposed to be apart of management. I told her then I want to be refunded. She then walked off and another girl, whom of which said she was also an AGM (assistant General Manager) came over and asked what they issue was. I then, AGAIN explain it to her and she then started the "refund" process. She had no idea of what she was doing and it took all 3 of the workers that were there to try to refund my card. She gave me a receipt and told me that if it wasnt there in 2-5 days then to come back again. Yeah. Like I will ever want to step back into their establishment again. I am a loyal Subway customer and was expected to be treated as such. That was and will be the last time I will ever...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were just at this subway location maybe 45 mins to an hr ago and we are so disappointed. We were on our way home from Nampa (its a 30 min drive from this subway location to our home, so not like we can just drive right back for a sandwich to be fixed.). We ordered a footlong sweet onion teriyaki sandwich which while we were ordering it he had to repeat what he wanted on it/didn't want on it multiple times because the man taking our order over the drive thru intercom kept saying back to us the wrong ingredients not the ones my boyfriend was either requesting to be on or off the sandwich. After we finally thought we had the order made and understood by the man taking it thru the intercom we paid $17 almost $18 for the toasted all pro sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich on wheat with tomatoes (this was probably the hardest part of the order for the man taking it to understand, when my boyfriend said tomatoes the man kept repeating back cucumbers which my boyfriend kept saying no no cucumbers please) we paid at the window and while we did say yes to getting the receipt it was not given to us and when we got home my boyfriend went to cut the sandwich in half for us to share it he realized this was not at all what he ordered instead it looks like its the sweet teriyaki blitz sandwich not the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that we ordered. As I stated earlier in my review we live a pretty decent distance from the subway so returning to get the right sandwich is not an option for us as we have work and such today but as avid subway eaters we are very disappointed with the bad service today and for $17 for a sandwich it really should have been what we ordered and I don't think there is ever a reason to not give the customer a receipt when they have said yes to getting it, I don't know anyone who would be even slightly okay with wasting almost 20$ on food they...
Read moreI’m so bummed because we usually have a pretty good experience here. We’ve never had a problem with any of the ladies working there but tonight getting dinner was extremely stressful when it was supposed to be the convenient option. When we started ordering, a young man asked us to repeat everything several times. At first I blamed my fiancé’s habit of mumbling but it got to be a real issue when he asked us to repeat ourselves three or four times and then proceeded to ask us questions at the end as if he hadn’t heard any of it. We still weren’t upset at this point because not being able to hear (especially over a fast food intercom) isn’t necessarily their fault. However, when we got home our sandwiches were completely wrong. We both ordered deluxe meat but only had 4 pieces each. The type of bread was wrong on both. Vegetables were left off. Mine was SOAKED in honey mustard. I wouldn’t have been so upset if we hadn’t been charged extra for everything we had ordered (he clearly knew what we wanted because he typed it onto the receipt correctly.) It’s the first time I’ve ever brought food back to a restaurant and asked them to make it again. Luckily, two of the ladies that work there were inside and were super friendly. They remade the sandwiches without question and mentioned that the guy that had taken our order and made the sandwiches the first time was still being trained. We’ll still be going here, but we’re going to have to check our food before...
