Absolutely love the choices of merchandise. Today reminded me why I haven't been to this store for a long time. Timed 48 minutes standing in very long line while two cashiers did their best. A lady at one of the checkstands held that one up ,over some large rug debate, for five or six minutes when I was finally about third out from checkstand. Debate still going after I checked out in the only moving checkout. I saw many customers push their carts into an aisle and walk out. Including the lady right behind me after 15 minutes of little movement. If I didn't need my items for birthdays tomorrow I'd have done the same. Found just the perfect gifts at a very good price, but I am 85 years old and can't really stand that long without paying the price in pain later. Do not understand why all able bodies aren't checking. How can any business profit when Cart loads of merchandise are abandoned by would be buyers and many without carts just hanging up items at the nearest rack and leaving. No wonder there are odd items mixed in on the racks. This store definitely lacking in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou know I don't care much for this place. Every time we have gone there they have a really long line to the cash register. I'm sorry, but if you have that many customers that they have to stand in line for 10 minutes or more to get checked out then you need more employees at the cash registers. Cause I am telling you that is absolutely BS. Some of those customers stood in line for 30 minutes because they didn't have enough employees working. So I won't shop there, they don't have anything I want bad enough that I am going to stand in line that long to buy it. I worked Retail Management for over 20 years and that's not how you treat your customers. You want to help them as quickly as possible. You don't want them to have to wait. If you make them wait to long you can lose the sale. Customers can be very happy to find what they want. But if they have to wait in a long line to pay, they can become very contankerous over time and ruin a relationship the customers may have had with the store. You want to get the happy customers in and out happy. Bam! That's...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease stop complaining. We are lucky this store is even open. Would you want to work somewhere, where people are complaining about you or the place your working in all the time???? My goodness, Canyon County has quadrippled in size in just a couple years. They built thousands of homes, but didn't give a thought to store's, pharmacies, or traffic. It's a madhouse everywhere you go. Really. If you don't want to be nice and wait in line, then leave. Come back another day. Or go home and order online....You can always go to Ontario. Besides they don't have tax there. These ladies are doing their best to do a good job. They can't help it if there isn't enough employees. Maybe if we all start being nice to them, they might get more employees and we won't have such long lines. But as it is now, Maybe we can get to know each other. Thank you for being so nice to me when I was there today and I couldn't walk that fast... You can always go in front of me. I'm not as fast as you and it takes me longer to get...
