Wendy's — Restaurant in Nampa

The store was trashed, front and back. I mean trash, fries, receipts, and the worst part: standing water. The whole establishment reeked of mildew and mold, and peeking over the counter I saw a drain not doing its intended purpose. Water was not passing through it at all. One employee was having an inappropriate conversation (offensive vocabulary and all!) with another employee Who was eating a sandwich in plain site! My food was not assembled with care at all. I understand fast food businesses strive for speedy service, and not every sandwich is gonna get the attention you'dgive your own food if you made it, but it took forever for the two chatty employees behind the counter to finish their offensive conversation and put my food in a to-go bag, and I am possitive it was ready for bagging much sooner than it actually got done. After stepping outside and heading towards my car I noticed who appeared to be the employee in charge leaning inside a vehicle attempting to hide from plain sight and the unmistakable flash of a lighter from under the dash (no need to elaborate what I suspected and we all know was happening out of site). This was absolutely the worst visit to anywhere I've ever been ever, food establishment or not. Don't go to this Wendy's, it is dilapidated and needs condemned along with new management. I cannot believe what I experienced really happened but it did, don't go there to see for yourself because trust me, it was worse than I can explain verbally and as vivid as I've tried to be in explaining my visit, it still doesn't even Graze the reality...

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE! As a LEGALLY BLIND customer who comes through this particular parochial frequently and order the exact same thing every time. The #8 which was a Pretzel Pub Burger, but apparently was replaced by some disgusting Nacho Burger. Not knowing this, or being able to see the change on the menu due to my disability, I prefer what I always do. Ask for extra CRISPY ONIONS & said whatever the Sauce is that you put on that pretzel burger, can you go light on it please. They said OK. Not saying a word that the memo has changed, neither of my requests are even on the Nacho Burger, or anything. They just stayed quiet and took my money. When I got home, I realized this isn't what I ordered. After calling them about 8 times in a row before getting someone I got an EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER who I told all of this to and he said "well looks like you'll know for next time" didn't offer to fix it, didn't say bring it back and we can switch it for something you might like, didn't care I'm legally blind and can't read the menu. He basically said " well that sticks for you, but to bad i don't care, we already got your money" I wouldn't recommend this place to a SINGLE PERSON EVER!!!!! All they care about is taking advantage of disabled people and taking their money!!!!

THIS DOESN'T LOOK LIKE LIGHT SAUCE NOW DOES IT!!!! THERE'S NO CRISPY ONIONS EITHER.... SO..... WHY WASN'T I MADE AWARE OF THIS? IT'S OK I'LL CALL CORPERATE MYSELF...

We pulled in at 11:20 pm to get some desert. After being asked “what we wanted?” By grumpy old guy on the intercom, I asked for a second to decide on flavors of frosty’s we wanted. I started to order my flavors he told me to wait. Then asked “what I wanted” again. Got to the window and I asked if I could also buy a large water. He proceeds to shove the water into my hand nearly squeezed the lid off then grabbed my card out of my hand, I asked for a straw for the water.he handed me my card back, Then told us to go park in the waiting spot. We ordered 2 small and 1 large shake and a Cinnabon pull apart. After waiting for a few minutes waiting in the parking spot, a girl comes out hands me our order and climbs into a truck in the other parking lot. She also had her phone and a charger in her hand. After looking at the “frosty’s” they were completely milk with flavoring squirted on top. Like they had shut the machines down a couple hours ago. The Cinnabon pull aparts were so cold and old we couldn’t even stab into the with the supplied fork. We even tried to microwave them when we got home and it didn’t help. Absolutely terrible experience at this store. I will not ever go back and I encourage anyone else to go to a different restaurant that’s near to this restaurant and you can...
