Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Napa

Wow, impressive. I mean literally the WORST experience IV had, even including all fast food "restraunts" IV visited in the past, I was first left on hold for over 45 mins, then repedidly hung up on, before I could even place my order, most likely because it's late and they didn't want to take another order, (I have seen them in the past leave the phone off the hook when it's late so they can't receive more calls) when I finally got VERONICA claiming to be the "manager" which hopefully isn't true, because she was more than unprofessional, she was more then rude, her first words being "what do u want" not even hello, I began to order and her rude tone progressed, as well as ignoring my order, i had to repeat my self 3 times, because i could here her talking with her coworkers in the background, after to much, I asked her name, and to speak to the manager multiple times , she just kept saying u dont need to talk to the manager, and no im mot telling u my name, finally after i askd for the manager for about the fourth/fifth time, That's when I was told VERONICA, and I am the manager, I replied with thank you, I'll be writing u a review but I'd like to order a..... And she hung up on me again.. If I could rete my experience less then a star, I would, I don't ever take time to write reviews. But that VERONICA on the phone was just the rudest most UN professional person iv ever spoken with,, I understand everyone has a bad day every once In a while, but this was so much more then that. That kind of service ID expect at a Vallejo liquer store, but not in the food/service industry in Napa, sorry VERONICA, I hope u find a job that better suits you, try to find something that doesn't include answering phones, or interacting with humans at all, that should work out in your favor. But Defiantly go eat at Dominoes if u like to order while being yelld at, till you cry, you'll love...

Let me start off by saying, if i I could give this Dominos zero stars, I would! The only thing they're consistent with, is horrible customer service and their inability to deliver your food in a timely manner.

The only reason i ordered from them this night, was because we had been out grocery shopping all day, and I completely forgot to grab the kids something to eat. The other pizza places on Doordash were closed, so i had to settle for them. I placed my order with Dominos #7954 at 8:54pm (with a wait time of 45-55mins). My order was taken out of the oven at 9:04pm, so I expected to receive it around 9:45/9:50 at the latest.

I contacted them at 10:00 after never receiving any update on delivery. By this time my kids were circling the kitchen, because they're starving. The employee told me that "we only have one driver tonight and he's on Trancas- so he's on his way." It's now 10:58pm and my order never arrived! I then attempted to call the store to cancel, because I ended up making my kids sandwiches for dinner, because had i waited on them- they wouldn't be eating anything. I was on hold for twenty minutes, before I hung up. No one ever picked up!

I legit hate this damn store, this is one of MANY instances I've had with them, which is why I swore off them to begin with. This store is full of lazy a$$, incompetent workers- who don't give a damn about good customer service. It legit needs to be shut down! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some pasta through DoorDash service was good and it got delivered quickly, HOWEVER I had an accident with the pizza and accidentally dropped it on the floor of my house and it got all completely destroyed and I didn’t wanna eat it off the floor so I called the store and asked them if there was any way I could get another pizza and I even took two pictures of the pizza that I had dropped to show them that I wasn’t lying. The person who picked up the phone was really nice I am unaware of who he was but he offered really good costumer service and said that Yes they were able to make me another pizza and deliver it too me after he saw the pictures, so I waited but decided too call the store because I was waiting for almost an hour and the employee that picked up the phone just told me that they had “no driver” and that she was “waiting on the driver to get to the store and pick up my pizza” because he was a bit “delayed” I continued waiting however the pizza was never delivered. I get it if they were not able too make another one but they should have told me instead of just making me wait and say that they were going too deliver it .
