Ok, how do I start. It's a Thursday afternoon. At lunchtime. No one in the restaurant. That should of been my first clue and should of turned away. But being I am a delivery driver and am short on time. I thought I could grab and go. So all I wanted was a classic cheese burger, Fry's and a drink. But the lady behind the counter said it would be to small for me and I should order the bigger cheese burger. So this is what I ordered. A cheese burger with ketchup mustard onions and pickles. Fry's and a drink. The total amount was almost $20.00. because they charge more for using a credit card. This is what I got. A small fry, small drink and picture in your mind. A stail bun, cheese on the bottom ketchup and mustard and pickles on the cheese a cooked frozen patty onions on the patty and the top bun. So because the patty was a frozen one and not a good one. It was way under cooked. And because the cheese was at the bottom, it would not melt on it. The patty was about an eighth of an inch. But the onion was a center cut of an onion about a half of an inch. Not just a few onions BUT The Hole Onion. So all you tasted was onion. save your money and go somewhere else. And read the reviews before going. Will never eat...
Read moreThe place being completely empty during the evening should’ve been my first clue to turn around and go somewhere else. The prices are insane for what you get. It was $72 for 3 people, and there’s an additional charge for using your credit card. The food was clearly previously frozen. The burger patties were paper thin and the fries didn’t have any salt or pepper, they were literally just Ore Ida brand fries straight out of the bag. And the milkshakes were terrible. I got a chocolate milkshake that was watery and just tasted like milk and plastic. When we asked the lady at the front to remake it she said that we had “left it out too long” and asked us what it tasted like in a condescending manner. When we finally got her to make it again all she did was churn it to make it thicker, she didn’t add any chocolate. While we were eating our disgusting food two other parties came in and immediately left either because of the prices or because the lady wouldn’t fix a problem with their order. We all left feeling gross and like we lost several years off...
Read moreI was showing my girlfriend an old dining spot my dad and I used to go to when I was a kid. All we ordered was a grilled cheese meal, comes with fries and a drink. That was over $20 EACH. I wanted to show her the milkshake options too, thinking they couldn’t possibly be that expensive. Another $20 for the both of us. That came out to a $65 lunch on a Tuesday morning for two people. To put it into perspective, we had gone out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse with my family the night before, and that was only about $50 for FIVE. Needless to say, I hope this place wasn’t as expensive when my dad and I came here during my childhood. The guy at the register didn’t even seem too confident in the prices he was giving me, leading me to believe he either wrung me up wrong or felt guilty about the price. The quality of the food is basically “Yup, this is a sandwich alright”. Most places you’ll get a sandwich like that for $5. But Foster’s charges $20....
