Cinnamon Pancake House — Restaurant in Naperville

I’m not really someone that likes to write reviews, but I think the owner of this place needs to hear this.

Came today for a brunch with a friend of mine, The Service was amazing till we got our orders.

I had a chicken with waffle, Started eating the waffle taste good once I had the first bite of chicken, The chicken was very oily, Tough And resisting every bite. Very politely let the waitress know About it and I put the chicken away, started to eat the rest of my meal. I can hear her talking to the owner, which he could care less, with no actions even asking me to remake it again .

Requested to get the check, I thought like the same way with every restaurant to at least take out some of the cost of order so it ca be fair , especially if I didn’t eat my chicken. They still charging the full amount! I pointed to the waitress,her answer, “I will let him know” She already let him know, and he did not take any action. This is not how you should be handling issues, especially when I’ve been in that restaurant many times. Very ...

I love Cinnamon Pancake House. I believe that they have perfect breakfast carryout (super important during the lockdowns). Usually I feel that eggs are only good if they are eaten immediately after they have been taken off the stove, but Cinnamon Pancake's eggs are never disappointing. Typically we get the Red Velvet French toast and the something else. I have loved the Coconut French Toast, the Banana Bread French Toast, their skillets, and of course... the House Cinnamon Pancake! I think the only downside to this place is that it is a little small so it would be difficult to bring my entire extended family there without feeling like we are the entire restaurant. This is a small price to pay for the BEST breakfast. I can't imagine going somewhere else for breakfast and being happy. CP has stolen...

Mmmm, yummy noms. Excellent breakfast place! We usually go to Eggcited, but I'd rather come back here now. It's way less crazy and way more personal. And just delicious with a homemade feel (and taste).

The huge and fluffy cinnamon pancakes are amazing. Just try them! I got the pumpkin pancakes -because fall- and I also really loved those. We got two different skillets, both really good! The hash browns are amazing. They also have homemade salsa.

I can tell the chef and staff work really hard to make it a great experience and it just has really good vibes. I really hope this place grows into an even larger location and can expand because it just...
