I have been a Poke Bros fan for over 5 years since I first found one back in Ohio. Compared to all the other Poke Bros locations I have eaten at, this one has THE greediest owner. They try to cheat you on literally everything. I love poke bowls and the food is fine but I dislike going to this one ONLY because of the stingy owner. It’s a pity cause it’s right by my house. For the $16+ I pay every time for the small salad bowl I really shouldn’t have to beg for them to give me more of the ingredients I ask for. Today I had to beg one too many times!
I just left and the lady literally had the nerve to put MAYBE 1 fork-full of lettuce as the base for my bowl. I added avocado, which is an up-charge of $1, yet she decided to put exactly 4 little chunks of avocado on the lettuce. FOUR MEASLY CHUNKS!!!! ☠️ It hardly filled the spoon she used to scoop the avocado up with. I can deal with AND look past the owner never smiling or saying something friendly but this level of stingy is not acceptable. Not going there again 👎🏼👎🏼
Message to owner: Stop being as greedy as you are. It’s one thing to have portion standards & sticking to them (makes sense, I’m a business owner so I get that) but you’re cheating and stealing from your customers & you train your staff to do the same. And for what? MAYYYBE $50 more revenue that day? Not worth it! Also, since you have zero personality you desperately need to hire someone who does. Friendliness & building relationships creates customer...

A nice casual atmosphere and good people at service.
You can make your own bowl with as many ingredients as you want or choose one from the nine signature Poke bowls.
I would personally recommend spicy chicken and shrimp as the protein choices and and then loading it up with as many vegetables as you like.
Because they assemble it in right in front of you and it's all fresh vegetables in your bowl, aside from the protein, it even tastes fresh when you're eating it.
They also serve Mochi ice cream with many different flavors.
The best way to describe this type of ice cream is kind of like fondant or jelly-like substance on the outside (actually made of rice dough) encompassing the ice cream inside.
A different type of flavor that not everyone will like but I thought it was kind of... interesting.
However, it's a very small piece at $2.45 (with tax). Not sure if that's worth it.
Overall, an excellent place that's definitely...
Read moreOverall service is good. The taste is better than most. The only issue I have is with the meat portion sizes. I think between the two servers present on my visit, one definitely was more generous than other. I was so looking forward to my bowl only to see the customer behind me being served what looked to be almost twice as much meat. What makes up for the non-consistent portions is the taste. The food is absolutely delicious. I really like the ability to choose from the standard menu or customize a meal. I prefer the standard menu as I tend to think that the servers know the best combination of flavors. The items that I ordered were all delicious. I do recommend based on my overall experience but I encourage management to standardize on a fair...
