Crumbl — Restaurant in Naperville

Sadly tonight I was disappointed. 1st time and I visit about monthly since opening. 2 employees working. 2nd one stepped out from behind after 2 or 3 mintes. Neither one greated any of the 6 customers who arrived. Neither came to the register until after 5 on line or kiosk orders were prepared and given out. Thus lacking concern for custumer service for in person ordering. I was almost going to walk out before I was allowed to order, but I was curious what the overall outcome was. I have a Crumble location in Bolingbrook within 2 miles from my home, but I didnt like the service there, so I continued to go to this location cause it eas always friendly and great customer service. If you haven't had a Crumbl cookie - What are you waiting for? These cookies are amazing! There are new flavors to try every week so you'll never get bored of them. I was so excited to learn that this location was coming! I went in during their Grand Opening and was treated like a VIP. I imagined that's what they do for the Grand Opening.... and they would get bored of treating their customers like royalty after a while. Well, I was really really wrong. Their enthusiasm for their customers and sincere appreciation for each and every person that comes through their doors shines brightly. I guess they only take self serve orders here, I say that because I stood at the spot that said “orders” for like 7 minutes waiting for someone to say something (anything) to me and someone else walked in and placed an order on the kiosk and I caught on. And thank god she did walk in too because I had no idea how long a cookie order would take at a place this posh. Maybe that’s the new thing “crumbl cookies so cool we don’t even want to talk with you” so I asked the customer that was standing next to me and she assure me my $4 cookies would be ready quickly as soon as I paid.
