I have ordered from ubereats today and i have started to order regularly from here. They regularly miss items from kids meals like milk, fruit, chips or replace with something else that you don't even need. Today they sent chocolate milk instead of kids chips. In veggie burrito they hardly put beans, sour cream, cheese. Only rice and guacamole which tastes bad. Beans is a very precious commodity here at this chipotle and in a burrito bowl you will find it so less that you could count all the beans on your finger tips. Just because of this strategy of their's I have to order kids meal so that i have beans to add to burrito bowl rice. They are only generous with hot red salsa and rice but except that everything is so less that for $10 plus i have started wondering why do i even order here? Plus the taste is so bland, no taste at all, hardly there was salt, no seasoning in the beans. Today Chips and red salsa had chips not at all fried, but uncooked, no salt, no lime juice in it. Ubereats do not refund for missing, and wrong items and they say anything which is missing from kids meal they can not refund. They think everybody is out there to cheat them. Despite submitting pictures they don't act and these chipotle outlets they do whatever they like. Today i have received cheese without heating up in soft tortilla as it us. The whole cheese is sitting there cold in cold uncooked tortilla. So this happens with ubereats. If you order online on chipotle there are chances that you will receive better quantity and everything is in required portion, but not always. Last when i ordered soft tortilla with cheese in kids meal online on chipotle website, i was given two tortillas without cheese in the kids meal. Just two tortillas instead of one and no cheese. They have no quality control and ofcourse they are told to serve less quantity in the bowl. Raised a lot of complaints with ubereats and chipotle online except $5 coupon or free chips they can not do anything. I do not want free or coupon i need what i order with no mistakes. Highly disappointed today. I will stop ordering from here as well as ubereats. There reviews are constantly bad i realized. I will not give them any business from today....

Went in asked to have my burrito made a certain way, they refused, however this is how I get them prepared at all Chipotle's I frequent, they never refused or charged extra and the place was not even crowded. All I wanted was for the cheese to be melted first then my burrito made, you'd think I'd slapped them in the face or something! They refused at 1st, the guy says I'll have to ask my mgr. Huh, really dude? Ask your mgr about how I want my sandwich prepared. I also had a second order and told them to fix that one while I waited on the mgr.’s response. The preparer says lets not worry about the cheese what kind of rice do you want anyway? As I was disregarded with my order, they moved the process down to the register, now I am still waiting on this so called response. So the cashier tries to ring me up, I tell her I’m waiting on the so called never called upon mgr. Details given to her and the original statement of not being able to do was recounted and she said they'd charge me the price of a burrito and a quesadilla. Charge me for two sandwiches are you kidding! Are their prices already high enough? I was highly pissed, so I said you mean to tell me you are gonna charge me for two sandwiches? no thank you. Oh and I forgot to mention, the cashier whispered the situation to the Mgr, whom did nothing!! Not only did they lose a customer, my $20 bucks, but product as well. Charge that to your spoilage. I kept trying for 20 minutes before I decided to call the store to see if they're honoring it in store since the app was down. There was an automated message stating they knew the app was down and to show proof of the app so they'd honor it in store. When I got to this store, they had a sign on the door stating the same thing. There was 2 people in front of me before I was next up to order, the supervisor decided to say the app was back up so in order to get the deal, we had to place an order or we'd be charged full price. First, that's not fair because I was already waiting 20 minutes in line. I voiced this to her and they didn't care. So then I tried to place an order on the app twice and it didn't work. I voiced this to her and she still didn't care then told me and another customer to use the website. Then I even tried the website and it still didn't work. The supervisor still didn't care and was still going to charge full price. I go to chipotle every Halloween for this deal sucks that bad customer service stopped me from enjoying my chipotle.
