Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naperville

Just moved in the area and stopped to get coffee and breakfast as my daily routine at Dunkin. This particular Dunkin is literally 1,000 feet from my house. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and noticed she was preparing to give me a straw. I kindly told her my drink is hot and cold. She quickly tells the person making it that it’s suppose to be hot.

She then turns to me and says “you told me ice not hot”. I said no I didn’t mention anything about ice. She continued to argue with me. I then asked was she going to continue to argue with me. Her response was “give me your card”. She was very rude and unprofessional. I refuse to do business with individuals like this.

I have been going to this location every week for almost a year. I get a large order and take it to the memory care facility around the corner. I went on Tuesday afternoon and I wanted to place my order and I also wanted to get some gift cards. I was in the drive thru and the man just yelled thru the window and said I had to come inside for gift cards. So I said I will just place my order then and very rudely he said just come inside . I walked in with a friend to get coffee and use the restroom. There is a sign stating it is out of order but the door is unlocked and light is on. The cashier stated you can't use it the toilets don't work. This is typical of Covid resrictions however, the CDC just lifted mask restrictions. Then we order a $5 drink with no ice and are told the manager stated we must pay $1 more for the drink because there is no ice NEVER out of any Dunkin or Starbucks has there been an upcharge for no ice.
