Mz bar & grill — Restaurant in Naperville

Attended a live event here on a Friday night. We didn't eat, we just drank beer and had aguas frescas so I can't rate their food. It was very hot and humid, but I think that's bc the place was full to capacity and it was raining and hot outside. The only negative thing I can say is that they were understaffed or just not prepared for such a large crowd. We asked the waitress for a bucket of beer and drinks several times before she brought them and it took her a very long time. We would've consumed way more if they would've had better service. It almost seemed like waitress were freaked out bc people were leaving without paying. If that was the case they should just get wireless pads and charge on the spot. No open tabs. Other than that, we had a great time, there was no problems, no fights, it was well staffed with security and the promoter walked around offering shots on the house which I think was a nice touch. Well the chips and salsa was good. but the food and the so call fresh tortillas yea that’s a joke the fresh flour tortillas are not fresh at all and not no family recipe Either. Aurora has better Mexican restaurants. the service was horrible the guy didn’t bring no Napkins and I even asked for napkins but instead he brought me my check to pay I don’t know if he thought we were just bothering them or what and when I went to pay the lady was ignoring me witch I have no idea why she made me wait when I was standing up there to pay the guy who was taking are order barley even smiled or anything. either way I don’t think at all the food Or service is good i don’t know about the bar area but as far as the food and service yea it’s horrible Sorry but not sorry at all since the lady at the register didn’t care to even take my money to pay.P.s and your welcome for your tip I shouldn’t have left you one but I’m not rude like that so...

I am writing to express my serious concerns about a recent incident at your establishment that I believe reflects a decline in safety and responsible management.

During a recent visit, I witnessed an intoxicated man behaving aggressively, specifically attempting to provoke younger women into a fight. Despite our alerting security to the situation, the staff's response was to offer the man a comfortable spot at the bar to "calm down" (as he was reportedly a regular customer).

This decision is completely unacceptable. Given the threats made, I suggest immediate action to address these failures in security and management.
