Came in at lunch at 11 right when they open , my server Veronica was incredibly nice and helpful
Ordered the Thai iced tea! It was okay, not has deep of a tea taste as I’m used to
The karage was also okay, breading was thin and nice and the chicken was decent chunks of cut chicken thigh and yet it was dry. I wouldn’t order it again.
Now the takoyaki was the star of my meal. It was perfectly made, the only thing I was a little disappointed in was the amount of octopus per ball.
I ordered the spicy miso ramen. The broth was rly pork forward but not milky like a regular tonkotsu broth. It’s missing a little salt, maybe more tare? Idk it didn’t taste like miso at all because the pork taste was to strong. The noodles were rly good tho! Same for presentation. I had to ask for chili oil because I didn’t find it very spicy but it tasted good with kimchi!
Over all the broth is lacking to me and I might come again to try their non broth dishes
Overall it’s an okay food experience but I really enjoyed my service so I can see myself...
Read more2nd time dinning here. We went for my Daughter's Birthday Dinner & everything was 10/10. Instantly sat, server was awesome (didn't get his name but that's okay) his greet & water was almost instant. We got the Gyoza app (perfect) to share between 2 kids & 2 adults. My kids ordered the Chicken Ramen & Chicken Fried Rice. Which came out a couple minutes prior to the adults food which was much appreciated!! My wife ordered "Spicy Miso Ramen" which she did the same on our first visit, I got the "Chard Siu Ramen" & requested for them to make it spicy. Literally, perfect...idk how but the Spicy Miso Ramen tasted even better this time & it was already a 10/10 legit the best Ramen I've ever had. I do have to say, no fountain drinks was a bit disappointing. But not enough to affect the experience. We spent around $80 w/tip. The visit was capped off with a scoop of Vanilla soft serve for my daughter's 6th birthday. The server joined in on our singing making it the...
Read moreDelicious. I ordered the chicken kara age appetizer and Char Siu Ramen to try out their standard flavors.
Chicken kara age: 8/10 - juicy chicken, very light style breading. Dipping sauce does have a kick to it which was not mentioned in the menu. I enjoy spicy, but some may not.
Broth: 9/10 - Rich with slight smoky taste. Reminds me a lot of Santouka Ramen broth (which is still my #1)
Pork: 8/10 - Char siu style so roasted rather than braised. Good portions and thickness but not as tender as the other cooking method (just my preference).
Noodles: 9/10 - Cooked just right. Slightly on the thinner side but honestly just a preference thing for me.
Overall experience: still top 5 for me and will definitely be a repeating customer whenever we...
