McDonald's — Restaurant in Naperville

Came to this McDonalds at night and the lady at the drive thru that took my order was very rude the whole Time cutting and interrupting me while I was telling Her my order and she said one crispy sandwich would take 7 minutes to make and when I said it was not a problem she made a weird comment. When I approached the window to pay for the food I tried to make small talk to ease the lady's attitude and so I asked what time she got out and she we are open 24 hrs later she gave me my food and when I checked it the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was black and looked bad and the tomatoes were dry and past expired looking. I'm not sure why this McDonald's is as that bad, the service attitude and food were extremely nasty. Never going to come to this location. Maybe sanitation services should come here. If you guys remember that spongebob episode where the detective died with the patty this is that patty. LOL they are a joke here i came for a refund because the food was trash and the manager told me i would get my food remade, lady i live 40 minutes away i only came one time to buy food at this location one time and all i want is a refund because im sure as hell wont be coming this way anymore, she lied and took my reciept but never asked me for my card for the refund which i thought was weird. so i will be calling my bank to...

Same monotone person two days in a row taking orders through the drive thru. Not rude but no welcoming, conversational friendly tone in her voice whatsoever. Just all business. I work for one of the most popular retailers on the planet, and we offer the most welcoming customer service around.

The two orders of large fries I ordered yesterday were made perfect, were fresh and hot. Perfect texture.

Tonight, one night later, I stopped by to get a hot fudge sundae for a family member and ordered extra hot fudge. I was charged .35 cents extra but absolutely was not given any extra hot fudge.

The reason I have atmosphere three stars is because the drive thru on the LEFT side has such a NARROW, tight, major left turn diameter space that it leaves little space to turn comfortably, and the concrete curved curb chew into my finished front, right passenger side wheel causing about $300 dollars damage to it! I felt I couldn’t report this and would be told from any McDonald’s rep that I’d be on my own and have to deal with it myself.

If a Manager or the owner teads this wants to assist me in this I would greatly...

You know i’ve never been a fan of mcdonald’s, it’s definitely in a bottom tier on my list. But this mcdonald’s is different, the food isn’t bland and cold. The food normally has flavor and is juicy here. I’ve gone here for about 5 years of my life, 3 years when I was a kid and 2 years just now. I travel a lot so i’ve aten mcdonald’s in different places and I can say hands down this is maybe the best you can get. Service is chill, never had any problems. Although my sister did say one of the workers gave her attitude when she tried getting a reward on the app once, other than that it’s been good. Food is mcdonald’s, not good but not bad, but for mcdonald’s this is pretty good. Not to mention the decorations on this place is great and it’s pretty clean too.
