This is a very nice resturant and the employees are very nice. The biggest reason I'm making this review is for everyone that left one star due to complaining about the tablets. As an Asian American I understand broken English can be hard and maybe that's why they didn't "explain" how to use the tablet to order. But that in its self shouldn't be an issue if anyone of you took 2 seconds to look at the tablet. Took me 2 seconds to figure it out and even a toddler could as well. Maybe instead of complaining of the integrity of the place, next time use your brain and don't be lazy. And as for people complaining about the exterior. It's nature. Weeds are going to grow and the weeds outside don't change the taste of the food and service. I found nothing wrong with this place and it just sounds like everyone likes to complain. I even saw workers working on the parking lot before opening. Take into consideration it is spring as well. Weeds speed like wild fire. I was instantly helped by an employee and a friendly face then was sat. And as soon as they saw me order on the tablet, they came to help even though I didn't need it. Just goes to show that if lazy people like the customers leaving these reviews took one moment to look around a sec and figure stuff out yourself instead of complaining life would be easy. But unfortunately in this age everyone is helpless and the minute thing don't go their way, they complain. Read moreI would’ve rated this place 4 stars if it wasn’t for one horrendous waiter David. We ordered roast duck, Beijing duck, fried rice noodle with beef and lots of dim sum dishes. I understand waiters would take away empty plates as we eat. When David came to take away a steamer for a dim sum dish, I wasn’t sure if it was empty because of the ruffled parchment paper, so I asked “what’s in there?” He chose not to answer my question, but tilted the steamer to show me. Before I could see clearly, my friend sitting next to me said it’s empty already. So I responded to David he could take it. David, someone who can not be questioned whatsoever apparently, chose to put down the steamer and left our table. We were left there feeling confused and annoyed. The second time he walked pass our table, I asked him “Could you please take that empty steamer away?” He said “No, you guys like to have it there so I will just leave it there.” I have witnessed many passive aggressive behavior in my life, but never from a waiter in a restaurant who’s supposed to make customers’ dining experience pleasant. The third time I saw him I asked him “may I know your name?” He said “my name is David and feel free to file a complaint.” So here I am, writing a long review to complain about David and warn other customers not to do anything that makes him feel less authoritative or they might suffer from a horrible dining experience too. Read moreSeptember Visit: Downgraded from 4 stars to 2 stars. Went for Dinner with family and arrived around 8ish, As per the timings on Google and on their door, it said they close at 9. The hostess said that we are closed and not manager said not to take anymore dine in customers and if we want food then we can order to go. I showed the timings to the host on the door and google maps, she went back in to talk to the manager. I was thinking to myself that we are in Naperville and not rural Iowa that I have to follow their instructions to have my dinner my way. So, we decided to walk away and that's when the manager came and said that we can dine in but have to order quickly. We ordered the usual - Soup, Spring Roll and Fried Rice. The items did not come in the expected order, they brought in soup and fried rice together. The soup was already cold and by the time we finished soup, and started fried rice, that was cold as well. We had to flag down the server and remind that we still did not get the spring rolls and they finally came when we were 3/4 th into the fried rice. Ridiculous service and food. Not going to this location anymore unless craving hits pretty bad. They should have refunded my money, because it looked as if they were serving the food that was being thrown away. And I didn't see any shortage of staff, plenty of people working!!!
