SpecialTea — Restaurant in Naperville

It's a small café but it's so aestheticly pleasing. There is a color coordinated wall with their bear bottles that you can purchase alone or with a beverage. Cute seating with a small selection of books and even free wifi. I would say this would be a nice place to study or just hang out, but it is fairly small, and the music was kinda loud. Granted, I came in on a saturday there was a lot of traffic and a decent amount of people in this small café. Besides the environment, the drinks we're pretty good. They only sell beverages, but the two I got were delicious. I ordered a jasmine peach fruit tea and a jasmine mango fruit tea. The mango had a stronger flavor, but the peach was a nice lighter flavor. It also comes with small chunks of the fruit of the flavor you ordered, and you can add additional toppings. 8/10...

Delicious tea & Fantastic ambiance!!🧋 My mom and I went in soon after the shop opened and right after we ordered, a huge rush of people came in. BUT, the employee (I wish I got her name, shoutout to whoever was working on Sunday, 2/19!!!) was welcoming, kind, and maintained a calm composure even though it was super busy. She was juggling so many different types of orders (online pickup, delivery, walk-ins) yet was still super friendly to everyone in the store and worked very efficiently to ensure everyone’s order was taken care of. The boba tea is about as good as any other boba tea in the area and they have some interesting offerings others don’t. Ambiance is nice and the bear cup is adorable. But it took 10 minutes for me to get my order in with only 4 people ahead of me, and another 35 minutes to receive my drink. Just not worth the wait. I should have jumped out of line when I realized everyone sitting around was waiting for their order. I'll visit again in a few months to see if there's improvement.
