I often visit this location as it is close by and pick up a sub during weekdays. However, there is usually only one person managing everything which causes the service to be quite slow sometimes.
Although they run out of veggie patties quite frequently, they won't accept online orders or discounts at their discretion.🤷♀️
With that said the taste of the subs has been consistently good, depending on the availability of vegetarian options.
The other day, we came here only to realize they were only accepting cash and that they were out of the veggie option once again.
It seems that getting what you want at rhi location is now just a matter of luck.

UPDATE: We have been back to this location several times now and they are back to what we expect from Subway!
We pick up lunch from this store all the time. Up until today they've been good. Apparently management thinks the employees are using too many vegis per sandwich. Told them to stop. I've included a pick of my 12" Turkey/Provolone. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, pickles, red onion and mayo on it. You tell me if this is Subway's standard.
