Okay so we come here alot and I like the place good food but the last few times we came it was not good. So we went a week ago and ordered a large fry I was over at the touchtunes and I could hear the person who I was with ordering. The food came and our fries weren't there so we had to order again. We came the next week after and ordered agian fries a large fry size and got a small. I don't understand then I was going to chose a song and right when I'm about to touch the screen a employee cuts in front of me and choses like 20 songs none stop I went after she finally had finshed and the whole song area was full. I couldn't chose any other song til some were done. I wouldn't be able to even to hear the song that I chose cause of her. I believe well I know my mom is a teacher and one of her students worked here for a long time and one of the rules is you can only choose ONE song if you are and employee and ypu can't choose ANY songs if there is a customer behind you waiting to choose a song. She just kept chooseing. After 2 songs played out of her 20 songs I choose only 2. 2 thats how much room was left. So I couldn't even listen to them because we had to leave. SO RUDE! The employee was so rude to a paying customer. Next time we are there we might yell maybe then they'll get our orders...

First time visiting this place and we were excited to have a new place to eat a fast lunch. It was around noon on Sunday when we went. As we entered there was no one at the counter to order. We stood deciding what we would have and stood and then stood some more. We were just about to leave after standing with no one in the place when finally a young lady came from the back. I explained this was our first time there and that we had been standing for a very long time waiting for someone to take our order. She seemed like I wasn't even talking, could have cared less. The menu is very limited. We ordered our burgers and fries. The burgers were your basic burger only difference you could get a different kind of bun. The fries were your basic thin potato cut fries we didn't find anything exciting and different in the place.
