Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Naples

Used to be my favorite place. I don’t shop at the mall and would make a trip just to eat at Charley’s . I hadn’t been able to stop in a while so to my surprise when I ordered and went to get the Charley’s seasoning for my fries there was none and I was told they didn’t have any however they were using it to season the meat. I asked if they would just mind putting some on my friends when they were ready but they said no and then lied and said it was only salt and pepper in the shaker . Well it was not jsut salt and pepper it was orange I could see it when they would season the meat. They amount of fries now they give us 1/4 of what they used to it didn’t even fit the plate. It’s not worth coming here anymore, krueks is better, fresher and much closer. I’d try them if you want a cheese steak . I won’t be back after coming here since they came to the mall when...

Worst Charleys I have ever been to. I have eaten at Charleys for over 20 years. As an army wife this was our favorite restaurant no matter where we were stationed. I was so excited to see there was in the Naples Mall. Being the strong relationship between Charleys and the military I asked if they provided a military discount and was treated very disrespectfully and I was responded to in a very negative manner which surprised me. Aside from this the cheesesteak was dry and extremely salty. Needless to say I won't be going back. Don't Judge Charleys on this location, most are amazing, just not this one....
