At Philly steaks my hubby and I were in line and a guy who ordered togo steps in front of us and then all cashier staff tended to him, while we are just satanding there and had been waiting longer that that man, not one staff member even acknowledges us or says we'll be right with you, so we got tired of waiting and just walked away. We will not be getting in that line ever again! Coming from someone who has worked the restaurant industry all her life knows, you should always have a seperate person taking care of togo orders and to communicate with waiting customers that you see them and will be right with them, we couldn't even get eye contact from anyone working! Sad! This was our first and last...

We stopped by this mall with our kids for a quick bite to eat on our way to Miami and it was a wonderful decision! We ate chik fil a and then we enjoyed a fun carousel ride with our kids!...
