Panda Express — Restaurant in Naples

My daughter order delivery and this is what was delivered to her from Panda Pavillion!! When she tried to call them and tell them about this they acted like they didn't understand so I sent pictures to them but said they never received them. They refused to refund her $50 or acknowledge that anything was wrong with the food they delivered to us.They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!! This is going straight to the drug and food administration. Well it said add pictures but I guess they never went through. I'm going to try again but be prepared because they are very disturbing and disgusting. Well I decided to try Panda Express for the first time. Overall, eh, the food was..ok certainly nothing special ( not a lot of flavor from either entree) and a little dry and it was fresh?! I had to wait for the item I wanted because they were out. The portions were kind of small especially for a 17 dollar lunch, not much at all. I had to go to Popeyes and get some fries to fill up so pretty disappointed, got a lot of rice though...a lot..it's cheap I guess. Actually the last time I ordered was just yesterday and I would give a zero if I could for food quality. I have ordered the same meal to be delivered several times and it was always good previously. However, yesterday when I ordered the pepper steak and veggies it was horrible. It looked like it had been sitting the whole day yet they still sent it out to me to be delivered. I tried calling the store yesterday and today and no one ever answers the phone. I sent an email to customer service yesterday and I still have not received a response. I will not ever order from panda...
