Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Naples

You can tell this place survives on Togo/delivery orders so they are usually busy, but the Manager and supervisor micro manage their employees on an unhealthy level. I usually stop by there when at the stores next to it or on the way to my job a block away. And the food/smoothies usually taste good. But I can't support a location that belittles their employees. There are respectful ways to teach, train, manage, speak, and address different situations. The lady in charge has clearly never been required to take a class on this. And the supervisor male she had under her is a mini her in training. Idk how closely tropical smoothie pays attention to this. I feel so bad for the employees under them. No reason you need to belittle people over such minor things. They would respect the tasks and job more when they are treated with respect. I will not return to this location anymore to purchase food or drink, only if i can offer them...

Worst service out of any Tropical Smoothie locations I’ve ever been to… not to mention I’ve never in my years would want to leave someone a bad review, I’m missing 2 small items from my order that were paid for.. Whenever I go to Miami from to Tampa, I stop at the Naples Golden Gate exit and go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Turns out there are 2 at this exit. So, when you're heading south on I-75 and turn right, you'll get to this location. (If you go left there is another one that is newer and directly next door to Publix, so that's convenient. There is a Publix in the next plaza at this location. Got it?) I know I'll always get a good smoothie when I come here, but this location smells. Literally smells. It's like the sewer is backed up...I don't know, but when you sell food the restaurant needs to smell like your food or like nothing. Bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant.
