Had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location!! Don’t know who to contact to get my word out.
Problem: ordered a Taco Bell delivery thru their new promotion with grub hub at 3 pm today. Around 4 pm no one picked up the order and when I called to see what was going on, spoke with jhon and he told me the order was ready but no one has delivered it. Being that I’m busy at work & I can’t pick it up I asked for a refund and was told they can’t refund the money and that I have to pick the order up and they won’t do anything about it. Grub hub later contacted me and said the delivery was going to be there at 5:52!!!
I get out of work at 5 and placed the order at 3 pm!!!
So I Rushed over to the store right at 5 because I was getting pretty upset and still haven’t had lunch!!
Spoke with the manager “Eloug” who was very rude to me, said he cannot refund the money. So I decide to wait until they made it fresh. Asked if he could throw in a drink for my troubles and he said he wouldn’t do it! Got into a big conflict in which he ended up saying that he “doesn’t care for the Grubhub customer and only worries about the customers that come in the store!!!!!!” The lady in the kitchen spoke to me in Spanish and said that he was new in the store. As I left the store I asked him for his information because I wanted to file a complaint, he only gave me his first name and screamed out as I left the store that when I come back he is still going to be there.
As I got home, sat down to eat everything, I noticed that he ended up not giving me a drink at all!!!!!
Does anyone know of a number to call to complain for this...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today and ordered something with extra cheese, which I paid $.60 extra for; when I received it, it had even less cheese on it than a normal serving does. I asked for another side cup, and the curly/dark-haired guy wearing a big cross at the window told me I'd have to pay if I wanted extra and I responded that I did. He then proceeded to argue with me for five minutes about what a serving size was and I offered to show him my receipt and the food. In the time he spent running his mouth he could have just gotten me the extra cheese; I'm kind of busy. Instead he'd rather his customer drive away without something they need so he can be some sort of cheese-Nazi. What skin off his nose is it if I get a cup of cheese that I PAID for? Dear God. Don't argue with customers about something so simple and reasonable and don't start battles with someone when they are being nothing but polite. What do you gain from withholding cheese? It's like the easiest request. This guy had some sort of personal issue with it. You'd think I had asked him to buy me a house or something. People are way too busy to deal with this kind of nonsense while trying to get quick food and go home after a work day. Just give customers what they ask for and pay for...
Read moreWe tried this location before and swore we would never return, but my husband decided to try and surprise me but ended up walking out. Drive Thru was closed off and the parking spots by the entry door are no longer handicap but are converted to Pick up spots. Inside, the employees were just standing around arguing and not waiting on customers, the customers that ordered had been waiting at least 10 min for food. The 7.00 Craving Box was suddenly bumped up to 7.99 and the drink was extra but should have been included. To make up for this, the server said they would give him a free taco. My husband ended up walking out because he felt the employees were trying to scam the customers. For sure we will never return. Because he was in a rush, he went to McDonald's drive thru and got the $5.00 box which includes a sandwich, fries, nuggets...
