Capriccio of Naples Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

On 03-14-2021 Visited this restaurant for the first time with my wife , the place is very nice however the experience was not. When the waiter came and gave us the Wine menu we decided on the Annabella Cabernet sauvignon the listing price on the showed $39.00 she took our order and left about 5 minutes latter she came back and said the the menu was listing the wrong price for the wine that it was going to be $52.00 instead I said to her that the menu listed $39.00 she then went to see the manager to explain the situation she came back and said that the manager said he could not honor the menu price that it was a typo. Ok then I said ok no problem I'll pay the $52.00 dollars, then I ordered lasagna and my wife order Paglia E Fieno which consist of Fresh angel hair Pasta and spinach pasta with green peas in a white sauce when the plates came my wife's plate didn't have angel hair it was substituted by fettucini pasta with out asking her if it was ok to substitute, the waiter was Evana felt very bad about the situation she then went to the manager again to inform him of what had happened , she came back and said he was the manager and bar tender at the same time and that he could not do anything about the situation not even an apology. I have never had the worst experience on New Year’s Eve! The person, Joy at the bar area of this place was the rudest server! We ordered the bruschetta, tasted like salt got poured into it. We told the server, Joy, that we didn’t want it and ordered something else. She told me that she is ok with me returning the food. I lost it, I told her to get me a manager, she said that there is no manager. So I walked around the restaurant to find a manager. Did not really find one but found another server who was nice enough to help me and shook her head when I told her what the problem was. I paid my beers with the other server, Joy came back to me and said that she did not give me my check yet and that she got me the mussels. I told her to get away from me and that I don’t want anything else from her. I was typing this message when she came and I said that I will let everyone know about her, she said, go ahead, tell everyone. I cannot believe how this server was. The bartender came and spoke to us, I told him what had happened, he apologized and said that Joy misspoke. I told him that this person has no business dealing with customers. Party of 8 on Friday October 4th at 7pm. Food was amazing, and we even got some extra yummy garlic bread! Atmosphere was beautiful and I love the way the tables are set. Our server was charming and kind, but lacked professionalism. A missing drink was blatantly blamed on the bartender. When it came time for the bill, one drink was charged normally, and the others showed up as “calamari”. When we asked for clarification we were told “the manager is never here so we have to charge things as items we are able to void and it’s our way to give you a discount. Things are not ran in the best way around here”. We regretted asking because it only further confused us, didn’t explain why one drink was rang up normally, and also threw his own management under the bus. We can only assume the real reason is to take away from the bar tips as he already established a hostile working relationship with the bartender with his previous comment.
