I hope you’re well. I just visited your store in Naples, relying on reviews and Instagram, super excited to try it. But I have to say your: • staff were more concerned about getting us out of there than service and quality of food. • I ordered two sandwiches and coffees and my sandwich was made in such a rush that it had avocado on one side and not the other. • My partners wrap was dry as well and for the price we pay it’s just not on. • Further, the blonde working there girl reminded us “oh we need to close up in 5 mins” whilst we’re in the middle of eating. Rude. then to say have a good day. I prefer to share positive reviews only, but when it happens more than once, it's worth sharing, I feel. My visit about 20 mins ago, I received an order that was not my request. I ordered and paid for a nitro brew coffee. I received a flat, cold brew with ice. When mentioning my order was wrong, I ordered the nitro brew, I was told "well maybe we need to change the tank, but that's the strongest coffee we have right now." I ordered it because that's what I like. If it wasn't an option because of your tanks being empty, that should be informed. If realized after a customer has paid, offer to fix it to whatever else they'd wish. None of that happened. And now this was the second time receiving a wrong order.
