Unfortunately in order to leave a review you have to leave a star. We decided to stop here for dinner after a long day at work. I placed the order and then asked to add a small cotton candy blizzard before I left the ordering speaker. The girl was very sweet and added it. I pulled up the window and paid the bill but and she was getting the order around the child working the "microwave" the one MICROWAVING my burger said you should throw that blizzard ar her. The sweet girl looked mortified as she said Travis my windows open. He begins to laugh and then looks at me as I say yeah Travis maybe you should. The sweet girl hands me my order and I leave. The next day I called to speak with the district manager who I'm told is on vacation in Hawaii and he probably won't call me back anyways. And 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls he still hasn't. My wife and I went through the drive-thru on Sunday February 4th in Nappanee. We were met buy a female name Jaycee. She was absolutely atrociously rude! At that point we decided we did not want to eat there so we told her never mind through the drive-thru and drove off as we drove past the window she obnoxiously waves at us. So we pulled into a parking spot and I went in to confront the manager. She told me she could not give me any information on the store owner or how to contact them but that I had to contact corporate office. Only things you can trust here are the crispy fish, cheese curds, and the onion rings; everything else is hot held for hours. The only other things I can recommend are the hot dogs, toast, and crispy chicken because they deep fry it again before serving. Unless it's a busy day, you're pretty much limited to these items if you don't want to risk getting sick (though the temps are usually kept nice and high so risk is pretty low.) Finally, the fries have a timer for when to throw them out and make fresh, but its a gamble whether anyone will actually follow through on that.

P.S. If you wanna work kitchen here, evaluate your tolerance for doing many dishes for hours on end, ultimately poisoning yourself...
