I loved the caramel frappe from BK, so I hate reporting that this is no longer on the menu here.
People here were polite, but I was kind of curious about the cashier at the drive thru window asking me to back up and then pull forward again when I was there that evening. She said that this was about helping her time, which I presume must've been referring to customers' wait times, which is probably calculated upon a car's entry into the drive thru.
While I complied, it seems like this was an effort to duke the system into thinking she had taken less time than it actually did. She must have been unaware a camera or two is/are posted at the building's corner, far out ahead, in front of drivers who are stopped at the last window of the line. I mean, really, it seems like two and two could be put together kind of easily if someone in charge wanted to do a little checking up on her.
It was a good thing that I stopped backing my car up when I did, or I might've been rear-ending some other customer's front end with that old Toyota I hate to drive. I would've been really unhappy then, especially had that frappe, its whipped topping and caramel sauce been flung all over me, my clothes and my car on impact with the other driver's, in which he or she was rounding the corner as I shifted from reverse to forward....
Read more0/10 for customer service. We placed an online order for 7 people. A bunch of burgers, fries, onion rings, and various drinks. Went to pick it up all was fine. I know I should’ve checked it before I pulled out of the parking lot. DON’T COME FOR ME. When I got home and started taking the food out and getting it to the person that ordered it, we realized that we were short some fries and onion rings. We called the store to let them know about the shortage. That’s when it all changed. The employee named Chris is the one that answered the phone commenced to calling her a liar and basically saying that we were just trying to get free food. I can promise you that if I was trying to get free food, Burger King would not be the place I’d do it. Every time I’ve had to go back in and have an order corrected, I was always very polite was never mad or said anything out of line. I usually joked with the guy at the counter, but tonight it’s a really good thing I didn’t go in. I most likely would’ve caused a very large and loud scene. Where do customer service reps get the idea it’s right to talk down to and treat people like 3rd class citizens? Yes I know it doesn’t matter to a company like Burger King, but I can guarantee that I will never set foot back in that...
