Where do I begin? Avoid this place like the plague! You'll get ripped off! The last time I took my truck in that BS work authorization they want you to sign that it isn't worth the paper it's printed on. It said my truck would be ready on the 7th. It wasn't. It didn't get done until the 11th. I had grease on my driver's seat and my bunk door handle. The wiring for my light bar was pulled out , so I had to fix that. It's mounted on the grill guard and wrapped around one of the releases so you can't miss it. You just gotta unscrew it so it doesn't pull the wiring out when you let it down. One of my hood latches wasn't latched. The prior visit I signed a $600 work order. When I picked up my truck I received an invoice for $2000! Whoa! I took it back to service and I was told they forgot some things! No phone call.. nothing! Just a good screwing. I had just been into the shop with the same issue a couple of days before. My check engine light was back on and they wanted to change me to diagnose the problem they claimed was already fixed! I had my windshield replaced by Safelite and they wanted $250 or so.. ballpark estimate to calibrate my lane departure camera. I left it off until it was mounted at JX in Indy. While my truck was on an extended stay in their shop/yard the tape got hot and it fell off the window. Some shop guy came out and just stuck it back on with double side tape. No test drive.. no calibration!!! So I guess they wanted to charge me $250..or more for a few minutes and some tape??? The GM and service manager have their phone number everywhere but if you call you will never get one of them to answer the phone. They also have a real issue with wanting to tell you how long someone else's truck has been on the lot of you complain about your truck being in so long. I've never, not once, called to inquire about someone else's truck. I did not call and ask for an inventory of trucks you have on your lot of how long it's been there! I couldn't give two turds about John Doe's truck. If i did call and ask about his truck they would probably tell me to mind my own business and they aren't allowed to discuss other people's vehicles. But, if you call and ask about yours you might get a run down on everything but your truck. Then you go in and ask what's was wrong the women can't tell you nothing about your repairs. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAnyone one with semi troubles with in the area, the best place for any semi services would have to be Rush Truck Center in Nash, TX. My Tractor broke down on I30W near Texarkana. What happened is that I called roadside assistance and was unable to assist me and yet still charged me $450 late at night. I then had to tow my Semi to the nearest freightliner dealer and waited more than 6 hours for them to tell me what the issue that I have already stated initially when I have arrived and was yet charged $750. MY semi IS STILL OUT OF SERVICES through various attempts to solve my issue and lost $2200. Yesterday, I walked over to Rush Truck Center with a lovely lady at the front desk assisted me. I explained my tough situation I was in and they were gladly able to further assist me on getting my Semi up and running. They ordered the parts to be shipped overnight and by the following morning my Semi was up and running and I was fully satisfied with my service with them. I have been driving for a long time and have broken down in the middle of many highways throughout the country and I have would have to say the RUSH TRUCK CENTER in Nash, TX has to be the greatest yet outstanding help I have ever received. I arrived between 8:30-9:00am and sat till about 3pm before they even touched my truck only for them to wait till close to 6pm to tell me that they wouldnāt be able to finish till the following day. There was also another guy there waiting since 8:30am for a oil change he also didnāt leave till closing time at 6pm. They never have answers they are always vague. Mechanics are slow and it seems like the only thing the employees are serious about is taking their lunch. Supervisor sits around and talks to them throughout the day instead of making sure the work is getting done. Honestly they donāt deserve the one star but I had to give it in order to leave this review. On top of all this they have the nerve to have a sign saying āleave a google review with your honest opinionā as if they are confident in their work.
